I still adored this mod and really looking forward to the new version.
- Ariel's "cooking book" cannot be entered through the button in the bottom right corner, but works through the icon in the top bar.
- The symbiosis amount doesn't display if you play as Naieth the Prophetess or Lord Daith from Mixu's Legendary Lords. The Symbiosis effect itself seems to work and go up and down, it's just that you can't see how much of it you have at the time.
On this occasion:
I am currently working on a new mod that has many aspects of "Symbiosis" in it and will probably be my last version in WH2. However, it is still uncertain when this will be ready, because I find very little time for modding at the moment.
All in all: Patience is the keyword ;-)
To further elaborate: I try to play Orion, and to elaborate on the memory usage I have 16GB, and it basically goes up to 10+GB used in seconds :(

Because of the update in March, many mods were incompatible for the time being. Now it should be fixed, but I have little time for more modding at the moment.

thank you for your feedbacks. At the moment I am unfortunately very busy because of work and other RL. I will probably manage to create a balance to SFO on the weekend. For the other suggestions, unfortunately, I can not yet give any foresight. Stay healthy!
I see, but I don't think I have other modded resources in my game, so that should in theory be the only one, and it seems a little odd that it displays in SP and not MP. Thanks for the reply though. I could just artificially find out roughly how much I have by seeing what Symbiosis level I'm in and just cross checking it with an image of all the levels, so it's nothing super game breaking but yeah it's just a little odd to me.
Thanks for the reply! I think an easy short term solution would probably be to have your Worldroots 2.0 mod enable the worldroots for factions other than Durthu, or have a submod for that. I know there's currently an odd UI issue with the province edicts using SFO and your Worldroots 2.0 that would have to be resolved first though. I know all that is probably easier said than done though.

It's not on your end. Apparently the UI just doesn't seem to handle two simultaneous custom currencies well. This is mentioned in the description of the mod as well.
One way to help mitigate this issue may be to have the Symbiosis range e.g.(700-800) for the current status in the description in the status bar at the top instead of just the effect description for the current level of symbiosis. This would allow for a rough estimation of current symbiosis without having to see the exact number.
That's exactly how I understood it - I calculated it so that the Symbiosis cost or gain is extremely high in one fell swoop, but then due to the counteracting effect per turn, regain, or lose, something. The fact that there are only 6 per round is also intentional. These two drastic rituals are supposed to be something special, unlike the common ones.

That's right, this overlap will only work with SFO now with Durthu. I will tinker the days on a balanced solution that can fill this gap without undermining the SFO balance too much. Glad to hear it! :)
One thing i noticed on first few minutes -with the crafting mechanic -> is the one (biggest harvest) that gives you 10 000 gold realy supposed to INCREASE the growth of the resource ?. All others that give you money decrease it.
Also i m starting with -33 growth of the reasource for w/e reason.
Because of the forge mechanics of the sisters? That would be something Prop Joe would need to change. Maybe he'll do it if someone asks nicely ;)
