I actually fixed it on my end. The Boomalope and I think the boomrat specifically use a different texture when they die (since they explode) where other animals just use the same one.
I was working on a way to replace the "Corpse_Boomalope_east" texture with this mods texture but I got lazy so all I did was go into the "\Data\Core\Defs\ThingDefs_Races\Races_Animal_CowGroup" and comment out:
"<corpseGraphicData>
<texPath>Things/Pawn/Animal/Boomalope/Corpse_Boomalope</texPath>
<drawSize>2.0</drawSize>
</corpseGraphicData>"
As well as the sections that have draw size 1.0 and 1.5.
This is a bad practise and what I should do is make a patch mod that replaces "Corpse_Boomalope_east" with the proper texture but like I said, I got lazy.

Well at the very least they added it to their no version warning mod so if that red error was bugging you it's fixed.

Unless you use rimpy in which case open the mod folder, open the about text file and change 1.4 to 1.5.
As for any errors with animals reverting to their old sprites on death?

Ok?

Literally anyone can open the mod folder, fine the "about" and change 1.4 to 1.5. If you're going to go out of your way to ask for permission to re-upload the mod you might as well actually learn how to fix the mod.
Else we should just ask Mile to add this to their 1.5 error fix mod list, or to ACTUALLY continue it since they actually support and fix the mods they take over.
Matter of fact their is already a request for Mile in the works but because you "updated" this mod their update bot will mark it as already update it and so they probably won't support it themselves.
If that's the case you are actively stopping this mod from being properly maintained.

So good job.
So... you won't fix the current bugs, you won't fix it if it breaks in future updates, and all you know and can do is to open the about file and change the version from 1.4 to 1.5.
What the hell is even the point my dude?
"No update
-Anyone can upload that mod if you want."

(machine translation):This sounds like a situation I have encountered before. If you use the image conversion dds function of Graphics Settings. Try to put it after the mod or delete the converted dds file. May be useful
