Oui le mod fonctionne sur toutes les campagnes officielles du jeu.
It is. the first time I've tested this mod it was on a save I already had, because of this it seems so obvious to me that it was save compatible that i've forgotten to say it.

No you have to use this version here : https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2604070915
It's for player and AI.
I think that the AI gets cheats in Rome II base game, so it probably has reduced upkeep, I think this reduction goes stronger with campaign difficulty.
P.S. I'm not 100% sure of it.
I've tried to change the DeI's version of the folder but for wathever reason it did not work.
Voir des armées 20/20 au tour 5 est parfaitement normal car l'IA reçoit des bonus en argent, ordre publique et nourriture, plus tu augmente la difficulté plus les bonus sont important.
It works with AI and player.
As far as I know there is no way to not make it work for AI.
I think that to have somthing like unlimited agent would be completly overpowered and the AI would just be super annoying.
If i do that I would increase the number of agent like 1 type of agent per imperium level or just double the available agent.
