@Rynar - Savage Lands has attack slots at x5, so just put it below Legendary of Kenshi and you'll be using x5 attack slots.
Can offer a tidbit about your animation problems? Copy the Genesis mod file from the workshop directory to the kenshi mods file and rename it to Genesis, case sensitive to the .mod name, do the same with Dark Hives. In FCS load dark hives and add the animations that Genesis has added to the rest of the vanilla races (there's more than one, check vanilla races for names). Genesis adds some really great animations to combat so even without the listed animation mod that you have you won't be disappointed. Heavy weapons are my particular favourites, and even crossbows has some good ones too.

I'm using it fine with genesis in my current Kenshi series. Just put it below Stronger Group Combat.
1: What are the differences between insane game start and any other game starts. I like the idea of this but hate the idea of more dust storms.
2: Genesis compatible?
