This mod is great, except sometimes flat tiles next to hill tiles also look a bit hilly. See for example the tile right in the middle of the second screenshot, just to the right of the elephants.

Thank you for this. I don't know what the devs were thinking. I am having real trouble telling apart hills from plains, with or without trees.

Where can I download the source for this mod? You mention this project being open source in the description, but I dont see any github links or anything online. I want to get into moding civ 6 and would be interested in how the mod works internally

after downloding this mod it felt like the amount of hills in my games tripled, and probly did, not sure why tho

It tells me what the terrain it is just by my eyes, without hover my mouse over it.

Volcano graphics have been glitchy in the game since the April patch. The same glitch can also affect floods and other disaster/climate graphics. The usual symptoms are that disasters work properly on startup (new game or first load) but they stop working after a restart or reload.

@BK My volcano animations are also gone. I installed CQUI, Better Reporting Screen, What did I promise and Sukritaks Global Relation Panel at the same time. Do you use any of those? Might be able to narrow it down to a certain combination.

was skeptical at first, but gotta say i love it. it makes the hills to mountain more of a variety.

My only comment would be some of the hills look the same height as mountains.. I would just lower the highest hill setting a tiny, tiny bit and increase mountains min by a small amount

Yeah in Pennsylvania where I live now, those are mountains. When I lived in west coast where there are real mountains, they are hills.

Nice work. You should update the mod description to include a link to "Hillier Hills (Colder Tundra Edition)" the description suggests the mod is yet to be done.

And with a short "Can never work side-by-side, due to game engine" / "Combabilities is possible, if other mod changes <stuff>" / "Looking into combability in this end, but no promises"

@Raven_2012: Leugi's Colder Tundra is another mod that would reset Hills to their default heightmap although that mod doesn't specify a LoadOrder so Hillier Hills should load after it. It would take a separate mod to combine the two effects anyway.

@Raven_2012: It's possible that one of those mods includes a TerrainStyle.artdef with a higher LoadOrder than Hillier Hills current has - the result of this could be to revert Hills to their original heightmap. You could search your workshop directory to see which mods contain a TerrainStyle.artdef file. Probably this issue can be resolved by giving Hillier Hills art a higher LoadOrder than any other Terrain mods.
