I don't use it so I am not sure. I think the most likely issue you will see will be animations either on campaign or battle so try it one way check out that the animations are functioning okay.

I just updated this mod to streamline it a bit. While I was at it I fixed a clipping issue and also changed her hair color to match the unit card better.

Hey Darkwolf the reason I don't do that currently is that I have not gone through the extreme headache of creating a new faction. Gender switch mods already take me a fair amount of time to get right and creating a new faction is TONNNS more work. So it is definitely possible, but hasn't been worth the effort on my end yet :)

I double up what Darkwolf says. I love them and if (or when) you can, maybe even make one of you Dwarf Ladies take over one of the minor factions of Dawi.

Is it possible to make your dwarf swaps, separate characters all together? I like the concept of dwarf LLs (Legendary Ladies), but i already have graphic mods for Grom and Thorek.

The mod is now up to date. My solution to the problem was just wait and see what happens and that worked. So the mods are now up to date. No freaking clue what was going on but it seems to have resolved itself.

I have updated all of my mods but I am struggling with an error that prevents me from uploading them. I have never had issues updating or creating mods before but after the latest patch I have been unable to update or upload any new mods. I get "Failed to create mod in Workshop! k_EResultTimeout" when I try to update a mod and I get "Failed to create mod in Workshop!" when I try and create a new mod. As a test to make sure it was my account, I had my wife log into her account and use my mod files to create a new mod and she had no issues at all. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix this I will try them out, but not even the modding den discord channel has been able to figure it out. I just wanted you all to know that I am working on updating my mods but something is going on. I will let you know when it is fixed.

Checking my mod everything is working correctly on my end including with the mods I like to play with enabled. Mixu generally will not work with my mods since it is a start_pos mod but maybe try changing load order. The problem is that it will most likely change the animation for the dwarf back to the original one which is a 2h animation and I changed her animation to Gotrek's which is a 1h animation to match with her "1h" axe I gave her. Using an animation for 2h when using a 1h can cause issues most likely missing weapons or weapons dancing around in weird areas. So that is likely the issue. uh no sorry i only just tested her mod out. and i tested with other mods compatibility Mixu only brakes the vocals i think. even a fresh start with no mods there was no battle axe

Do you know if she had an axe before today's update to the model?

Um some reason i have an issue where she missing her axe in battle.

Just as an FYI I finally figured out how to separate Grombrindal's head from his body (they are defined as a single entity) so I have given her the normal Grombrindal body with the same ironbreaker head as before. I think it is a better model for sure. I am still trying to sort out how to get a hu1b or hu1 head working on his Hu3 body. Until then she will have a helmet. If anyone knows how to do that please let me know and I can fix it. I can't really find information on it.

Cataph I get where you are coming from for sure because paying for mods is dumb and Bethesda should have been run out of the games business for doing that to Skyrim...but if CA won't give me a dlc to pay for to get a woman in the game then I am willing to pay an artist for the rights to use their 3d model/skins to use in my mods. I technically cannot use and files that I do not own the rights to in my mods and I don't want my mods to be removed if I "borrow" the 3d models and whatnot that someone else made.

Same Axlegolas. If CA would put in a woman model for factions without them (dwarf and norsca/chaos models) then that would be best. I even emailed their president about a year ago asking for it...and also emailed GamesWorkshop's president to ask if they could ask CA to do that. Something for modders to work with....doesn't need to be a full blown legendary lord or unit or anything. It is a ton of work to add a 3d model with all the skins and whatnot with the modding tools and it is WAAAAAAY outside my skill set artistically do do those. I could maybe figure out how to put in a 3d model which I would have to rip off from some other game or whatever (which would get the mod removed) but I couldn't do the skins to wrap around the model.

i wish some modder could make a female dawi model

Thank you for the information InQuisition. I tried researching famous dwarf women in Warhammer but didn't really end up with much for some reason so that was one of the reasons I just modified an existing male character.
