This was balanced around SFO, but I'll take a look and adjust the values when I get a spare moment.

The ror values do seem to be less, but I think I looked at the SFO values and I feel like it was also lower? I don't know if I was just going insane or not. I also seem to remember the spread was 1 on this, and 0 in SFO.

Stephen was your vision with this to change any of the SFO stats, or simply just allow it to add on the contact effects from the upgrade?

it seems make the ror version of lightning cannon way poor on damage than normal version. is there anything wrong? the double shoot are not add for ror version?

@Jon No, it shouldn't do, and if it does at any point, it wouldn't effect your ongoing campaign.

i think you need to add your other mod as a required mod, as by itself i see nothing in the workshop. but with both, i can see the changes. just trying to help!

Wouldn't SFO already have made baalnces changes to the workshop?? Is this then your further balance changes?
