I will be adding her to the combined mod as soon as I get the chance.

I will be updating my combined mod in the near future.
I have updated all of my mods but I am struggling with an error that prevents me from uploading them. I have never had issues updating or creating mods before but after the latest patch I have been unable to update or upload any new mods. I get "Failed to create mod in Workshop! k_EResultTimeout" when I try to update a mod and I get "Failed to create mod in Workshop!" when I try and create a new mod. As a test to make sure it was my account, I had my wife log into her account and use my mod files to create a new mod and she had no issues at all. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix this I will try them out, but not even the modding den discord channel has been able to figure it out. I just wanted you all to know that I am working on updating my mods but something is going on. I will let you know when it is fixed.
Now obviously I would not let something as trivial as lore stop me from making a mod if my wife wanted it but she has no interest in them (to be fair neither do I) so I have not made one yet.
As for the T-posing if it is happening in battles then that is because you are using a mod that changes their stats (usually) as that kind of mod changes the Land_Units table which affects pretty much all of their combat stats and also animation for whatever reason. That is the most likely place for the animations to go wrong but if it is only happening on the campaign map then you are using a mod that affects the campaign_character_arts table. Less mods affect that though as it mostly just messes with the stuff you would expect animations to be connected to. SFO is a pretty big overhaul from what I understand so it is VERY likely that it changes some stat on Throgg. You could potentially try changing the loading order of that with my mod and then maybe it would work since I would think that the one would override the changes of the other but that is just a guess.
No, no way she wants to play as a female gender-swap from every race. No, I think you're telling us something here, MM.
Good on you!
