Being tall and small it is a bit tippy and this helps keep you from over steering.
Generators increased
Now using my Mk 3 Gyro stabilizer which uses the reverse gear setting rather than linear speed (which turns out is always positive never negative)
= Reorganized cockpit ergonomics to put map on the right side which is more consistent with my other designs and my own right handed instincts
= Two narrow angled windows worked in for slightly better forward side view for docking
= forward large boxes reorganized with a cable for the anchor and a second empty for holding docking ropes
Based on play in a new campaign found/did tweaks such as:
= Side rails now have a gap for getting on/off docks easier
= Red/green side nav lights moved to high rear of pilot house as they tended to be lost in moderate waves
= heater for pilot house missing electricity fixed
= side rope anchors moved to match with new side gates
Given its growing popularity I've given the Perch an update based on a growing experience with the game:
= Working anchors, an appearance style on the bow ready for use and a practical thin stored in the back of engineering. Works at the now bow winch and the large stern winch
= Steering markers for side rails to assist in lining up with docks
= Helm limit by speed to reduce heavy rolls at speed
= Damage control board light blocks now labelled to type of warning
= Stern connectors for docking support craft like my Seal fuel rafts for more endurance
Corrective efforts for the empty fuel state rolling onto its side. Ballast and flotation sides seemed to help. Was now listing only in the Starter dock vs a 90 degree side stand.
