I only used DeI assets so its probably something with DeI itself. I'm sure the DeI team will fix it if they are aware of it.

The mod makes several units, including the general missing hands. It could be that I'm using some other mods interfering, but I couldnt find the culprit. Any idea?

Hello man, do you have the time and desire to make such a mod for the Odrysian kingdom, because it is greatly underestimated?
If you don't have time, at least add, Ktisti, as a general unit for the Odrysians and the Getae!
