The controls are 100% outside the ship, it's a problem a lot of older subs have. Just needs to be moved back down in the sub editor.

Honestly I wonder what the hell they could have changed that caused this bug to happen to a lot of older sub builds, it's baffling.

This is an incredibly good sub because it shows a good understanding of what makes a bad or unfun submarine, an excellent example of bad sub design and guide on what not to do.

the controls aren't out of the ship, they're in the bridge at the top right. It's technically playable
