I am not sure if the Vampiric ruins spread corruption but I can buff their corruption building

I've taken those who had "norscaruin" in their name, I've imported them in the mod file then I've change the value of the chaos conversion to fit with the mod standard, and added chaos osmosis.
after that I made a test to see if it was working and it was indeed.
What did you change?

(tested with no other mod activated on a new campaign, it worked for beastmen)
No it does not
Vanilla Chaos portals spread very little corruption (1-2 i think) and it didn't affect adjacent regions which is very strange. Description has also been updated!
Also i think it'll be great to list the values changed in the mod description, to prevent questions like mine.

+30 for special locations
