Yo lynx, autocannon shells are too heavy and HRC-170 vardir ammo inventory is too big. Putting 100 170mm autocannon shells is 350 tons, with 1k autocannon ammo hold prevents ship from jumping due to overweight. This mod needs some rebalance

I don't know if this is an issue with WepCore, as the linked workshop page you have doesn't go anywhere, but all my other WepCore mods work fine.

This mod makes my world error out upon loading in and unloads world before I can join. I have never had this issue before and I've been a long term subscriber.

There are many other mods on this save but this one is the direct cause- I have removed each mod individually to check.

You might want to add this to the bug list:
Heavy Rotary Cannon VARDIR mk1's ammo does not exist in the mod.
It's supposed to accept 170mm, but thats not even in the list.

I'm trying to use the "Heavy Rotary Cannon HRC-170 MK1", but there appears to be no ammunition for it. It says it uses "Autocannon 170mm HE" rounds, but those don't show up in the assembler. Does it use something different?

Great mod, but the fixed Munin light torpedo does not track at all. The new turreted Munin Looks great and tracks just fine when fired though

Base of the railgun turrets is black and untextured. May be a new bug, not a big deal but it's there.

Vardir Ammo still missing from assemblers. Please, I understand if you no longer want to develop the mod, but having it be functional would be hugely appreciated.

Balance has been something i haven't yet brought attention to.
Due to my lack of motivation, i haven't been working on the mod as of late.
You should join the discord and talk about balancing, as you seem interested.

Also, now railguns are nerfed to the ground. Immense power requirements and lower rate of fire (1 huge reactor to efficiently power a dual one). Combining these with the extraodinary requirement of materials to build cannons etc and the humongous weight they gain due to this and ammo being weighting as much as a small large-grid ship, i m finding myself tweaking the mod if i want a ship to even be useful or be able to fly at all. Even missile launchers are insanely heavy for no reason at all, and these are supposedly just big tubes to house missiles.

@ Lynx, Hello thx for your mod i love it ! i got a strange behavior with Ymir launcher, i put doors over them to provide more protection, i notice with debug option that the lign of view may vary in azimut when i turn my ship, so make the lign blue or red depend on how i align my ship. if i got a lign of view message when i fire, turning a bit in azimut solve the problem.

@Onewiththedead VARDIR is not meant to be a PDC, but an all-out Offensive weapon, due to it's superior fire rate.

Is the VARDIR actually a PDC? It doesn't have the same control panel options as I see on the NARIMAN and AVENGER PDCs, like Target Projectiles and Supportive Point Defense.

It would be nice if the swarmer missiles actually hit their targets. The circling swarm is cool, but the missiles are mostly useless because they never stop circling to fly toward the target. Otherwise the mod is great.

Really wanna run this mod, but it's breaking other parts of the game and some things just don't work correctly ;-; You've done great work so far man and we all really appreciate the effort and time you've put in, but I guess just give us a heads up if we should hold off on installing it for now or something. I don't know programming, like at all, but I feel like the issues I'm running into amount to changing a few .ini files or configs or something. Come back brother!

The 185mm ammunition, HE and AP, won't go into the HGC-185 Avenger. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I can't see any reason they shouldn't be able to load in. Tried both thinking maybe it only accepts one type but neither seem to want to go

the original creator of the WeaponCore mod recently retired but a replacement is already out. the only thing you would have to do is to list the new WeaponCore as a dependency and remove the old and retired one. thank you in advance <3

wheres the big update to fix all the ammo types being craftable. all the weapon descriptions for ammo needed and range. over a fuckin year later and you still haven't done so, i get it if life n shi has happened but i atleast want an answer.

It's been said already but I think a big issue is the GARMR Railgun's ammo not being in the fabricator.

i just found something, i don't know if it's a bug, with ymir launcher, when you put a door in front of it, it still fire in creative (when the door is open of course), but refuse to fire in survival

I can't seem to find the 400mm railgun ammo for the Garmr. I've shift F-10'd it and still no dice. does it conflict with other mods?

The update is finished. All it needs now is some ironing out the small details. Realistically, i'll say a few weeks tops.

@Amaia That's been said already. Lynx said he was working on a "big update that fixes most of the currently popular bugs" but to say "soon™" is a stretch. He posted that comment here on Jan. 14th .

But hey, he responded recently, so I guess that's a good sign? "that's sweet" Real hopeful. Maybe he'll address the discussion at some point that I made full of all bugs I personally confirmed dating back to just over a year
