darkheyr I just use sorters pointing at my refiners, End has cargo with sorter controlled by event controller on at >90% off at <10% and the incinerator on that.

So, I've been trying to use this together with ResourceNodes, Pipelines and a rather complex sorting network to get rid of overflow materials. My problem - the Incinerators won't accept any items unless set to "Drain All", which I want to avoid since then it'd be competing with my refineries.
Is there any non-manual way to get it filled up without Drain All set to on? I do have sorters draining into the pipe network the incinerator is on, but no luck.

the only thing that doesnt work is the emissions not turning red if you turn it off but eeh, functionality is more important here as this is still the best way to get rid of excess stone / ice etc

Sorry for the late response. I have just tested it out and it does still work. It grabs the inventory items that you white list in the control panel and destroys them. Make sure you have it connected to your cargo via a connector or directly.

Not sure if this mod is still being updated. Sadly it stopped working for version 1.203.6
You can build it and the control panel works. But no access to inventory

The small grid version seems a bit unbalanced:
It is rather large for a small grid when a sorter + ejector combo is much smaller, however slower...
I personally would love a smaller maybe less powerful version!!

Power usage is a bit high especially when not actively incinerating. Is it possible the power can be dynamic steady-by vs incinerating?

it stop rendering the block after close/open.
it still there, it functions, you can dismantle and repair, it just doesn't render the block

Umm.........Whitelist Stone........Incinerator eats everything. :-/ Mining silver atm, and set up exactly as described, but all the silver goes too. :-/

You know, this would be a cool Mass Reactor if it generated power based off of what was put in it, uranium being the most dense to rock or ice generating the least power

One suggestion, for the small grid version, can you make it work with the small grid sized conveyors? Most small grid ships use the smaller conveyers. At present, the small grid incinerator cant connect to them unless you use the small grid medium junction or medium cargo container.

I’m back to modding! I was waiting months for a GPU. Mine died and it was impossible to find one for under 2500.00 because of scalpers. This is mod is still on my list to make a version 2.0. New models and power requirements. Small block model will also be smaller then current model. :)

Currently the block incinerates items immediately as it receives them, and has a constant power consumption regardless of use. As a suggestion, I would suggest making items take time to incinerate, and have the block not draw power when idle.

Currently on my build I just run the incinerator for 4 seconds every 10 minutes, so the current cost is fairly negligible.

I have a concrete mod isntalled which i am rather fond of and the gravel i get from running stone through my refineries helps me cosntruct a lot of suitable and therefor cheap structures. No idear if you would be up for such an idear, but instead of destroying(without even getting energy?) raw materials, could you provide a block which instantly creates concrete out of stone?(I guess you would also need to have then blocks to built with that concrete or you try to collaborate/take over ^^ other concrete mods)

@Korm I haven't tested it myself yet, but i just saw another mod of Sargonnas Ganymede line which has a particular intresting piston to offer. I would imagine if the one which has conveyor capabilites would be compined with this here, your described problem could be solved.

I love this mod. I have put it on every miner I have built since I found it here. the only thing I would like to see is if it had a connector on both ends. I usually put it on the back of small block miners the best place to put it always seems to be the back of the ship. then I have to put the connector on top and pipe it to the sides of the ship. its a lot of extra plumbing. Just my thoughts, thx.

I will keep this mod up and make a new one with different look to match the other Ganymede suite of mods. Once I finish a couple releases I’m working on I can cycle back to this and look into a smaller small grid version

Personally, I really like this model. Though, would we be able to get a balanced 1x2x1 or 1x1x1 small grid version as well, just to tuck into smaller mining ships?

why the f would i want to trash anything on my base that's ridicu.. "put it in your ships to trash stone".. he's f-ing right! no millions of sorters, no millions of ejectors without even one proper script to simply chose them all in the grid and apply filters. brilliant. you got very nice mods i hope you bring along more i follow your updates and uploads

This model was one of my earlier ones. It doesn’t have same vibe as other Ganymede tech. I am thinking of updating the model to fit the other mods look wise. What do you guys think?

T.I.M. doesn't even recognize the incinerator as an inventory.
(For those who don't know, T.I.M. will automatically sort inventories based on the labels you place after a block's name in the control panel. If you create a valid label in lowercase, TIM will make your label appropriately uppercase to confirm that it is running, has recognized the inventory, and has taken the new label into its calculations. Even the minimum label that doesn't do anything doesn't get capitalized on the incinerator, so TIM must not recognize it.)

This sounds pretty cool. Is its inventory script-friendly? Like, could I have Taleden's Inventory Manager automatically insert any excess gravel (by giving it the lowest priority for "storing" gravel)?
