Is there any non-manual way to get it filled up without Drain All set to on? I do have sorters draining into the pipe network the incinerator is on, but no luck.

You can build it and the control panel works. But no access to inventory
It is rather large for a small grid when a sorter + ejector combo is much smaller, however slower...
I personally would love a smaller maybe less powerful version!!
Power usage is a bit high especially when not actively incinerating. Is it possible the power can be dynamic steady-by vs incinerating?
it still there, it functions, you can dismantle and repair, it just doesn't render the block
@gregsye small grid version is available in the mod. I believe that message was old

Currently on my build I just run the incinerator for 4 seconds every 10 minutes, so the current cost is fairly negligible.
(For those who don't know, T.I.M. will automatically sort inventories based on the labels you place after a block's name in the control panel. If you create a valid label in lowercase, TIM will make your label appropriately uppercase to confirm that it is running, has recognized the inventory, and has taken the new label into its calculations. Even the minimum label that doesn't do anything doesn't get capitalized on the incinerator, so TIM must not recognize it.)
