Update 2023 07 24, add bump guards to reduce falls into the water, resolve left over alerts for unhooked unneeded connections

Testing in June 2022 without the tutorial mission or a loot box you default at $20,000 start. The MeKenzie is just over $25,000 which is reachable by that tutorial, a loot box or start with the Columbia for one trip. I'm really wondering if the devs changed the amount of starting funds during one of the update.
