thanks.
??
Might do a quick update to change it. Seemed good at the time, y'know.
Glad you enjoyed the map!
You have to:
Add in the "Score" HUD element into the HUD file.
Modify (depending on the game mode) the game mode file to activate scoring.
Campaigns already have scoring enabled. It's just the HUD element that is missing.
In survival both the HUD element and the game mode file had to be modified.
That's why you're seeing the scoring on all survival maps with the map installed.
Here's hoping that someone will figure out a way to make it a toggle instead!
It always sounds easy in theory, but in practice... yeah.
I will obviously be on a look out for ways to modify the HUD without the need for modifying the actual files (aka, doing it via Script) but for the time being this will have to do.
My suggestion would be to un-subscribe the map and re-subscribe again to force Steam to re-download the content.
If you can find the log file (should be in x:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Serious Sam 4\Log\Sam4_Unrestricted.log) then we can see what's actually causing the issue!
Alternatively, Co-Op Survival in Multiplayer tab.
If you are either crashing or still on the old version, re-subscribe the item to force Steam to receive the newest release!
