considering some aba enemies uses advent arsenal weapons without ini changes, does that mean the weapons are changed if they use the same weapon template? like for example ABA advent heavy and demolitionist uses a normal trooper assault rifle and they are changed to this mod's model instead without any ini edits

Not sure what "folder" you're talking about, but it's not relevant anyway. This mod works by replacing the appearance of weapons specified in config, using Template Master. If you want the mod to affect more weapons you'll have to add more configuration. @Iridar I have several ADVENT enemy mods, like ABA, RM's Mass Effect enemy mods, and others. How would I get the skins onto their weapons? I am asking because Deadput's reskin mod for his Hunter uses a different folder than the one you use?

I can confirm that this mod is PARTIALLY working with the A Better Advent. I saw at least some of the custom units using weapons from this mod.

@ Iridar. I know my question is not really related to the current mod, but is there a simple way to transform the WSR config instructions (for attachments and meshes) into instructions usable into Template master. There are some weapons pack mods that have provided WSR files and these files are not working due to the suppression of the add_attachments. Thanks in advance for the answer. I have read the documentation and I more or less understand what need to be done, but additional help and guidance would be useful. Regards

Votes happen whenever I'm done with the project that has won the previous vote. Recently I have done the laser and coil mods, and my patrons have voted for the pilotable mechs mod, though K9 mod has also had a lot of votes.

I started a new job few weeks ago, now I can spend more.

Just wondering if it is possible to make a dog mod? I really love Riley from CoD: Ghost, and the potential is huge for such mod: lost dog, robot dogs for both sides and FENRIS Mech/Varren from mass effect ...

Also how does the vote work on your patreon? Do members nominate certain ideas and pick them for vote each month?

It would effect any units that so happen to use the exact same weapon templates/loadouts as the units replaced here, for example the Advent General uses the same gun as the Officer by default so whatever is replaced on the latter applies to the former.

I think there might be a few ABA Advent units that do indeed use those weapons but I may be wrong.

It's compatible in the sense that you can use them together without your PC exploding, but I don't know if my mod will have any effect on ABA enemies.

Oh my goodness Iridar, these look absolutely fantastic:) I hope you don't mind but I gave you a shout out on the main Xcom discussion link on steam. I really like how your mods take things a step further. I really hope one day there will be a mod (with your permission of course) that makes new ADVENT units that use these weapons. Making the vanilla soldiers use these was a stroke of genius and I can only hope will later see some new badass ADVENT units. Anyway take care:)
