I'm not a professional coder though, I tried my best
Still works fine in my game (ver: 1.12.5) even with Elder Kings 2 (ver: 0.14a). You have to e.g reform a religion and can then reset your capacity at the bottom of the decisions tab.
Sorry to leave you all hanging for the past year. Updating a couple of my mods (the Idle Pose) one in particular is a huge pain and takes a lot of time and it really killed my motivation to mod or even play CK3 through 1.6. I'm going to try to keep better up to date from now on, though. Thanks for your patience and I hope you're all still enjoying the mods!
I have made a german Translation for your nice work^^

Yu266: I checked and it works fine. You have to actually have something to reset before the option will appear in the list.
I want an update
I'd like to have the option to have the cost scale with time, so you can pay a high cost to reset after a very short cooldown or a lower cost after a longer cooldown. Like how the cooldown on law changes works with the All-Things innovation.
