I played one campaign with the "Project: Resistance Heroes" 1 year ago and it was good... but yes, the Templar was OP, but still manageable since I was capped at 2 and was rotating my squads a lot (10 soldiers per battle).

So, I still recommend a full campaign with it.

Right now I'm planning my 2025 playthrough using Iridar's Vanilla Classes Redux instead... hopefully will be enjoyable as well.

Is this as overpowered as it looks. Skimirsher badly needs a buff, but I think it might overpower Templar.

Hi Alpha115,
I just downloaded your 3 Faction mods: Project Mindblade, Project Shadow, and Project Skirmisher. Only the first two are showing up in the AML. I tried un-subscribing and re-subscribing to this one, Project Skirmisher, but no luck. This mod is showing up in my Steam Workshop directory, along with Mindblade and Shadow, it is just not showing up in AML. Any thoughts?

Actually that mod does not make any changes to waylay. Guess its only in mine that does these changes. Also no I will not post the waylay changes as a separate mod. If you want to learn how to mod and make the port feel free.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get this mod to work with the recruitable and trainable skirmisher mod? Mox has the changes but regular skirmishers do not. I'll just assume it's because they're technically different classes and thus not compatible.

@sovereign I'd say sub to the AIO pack for next campaign. You could sub to it and everything will work but you would get the annoying missing content pop up for the other three mods.

@jahsinha - Wouldn't you need to do more than just copy Class Data? For instance, this mod modifies the way that some skills work. And those settings are not just .ini changes, but source changes. This would be less noticeable with Skirmisher, I think, but way more noticeable if you tried to do this with the Templar

@Osrio Might be Critical Skirmishing, which some users have reported to be causing crashes. You may also want to disable ‘Missing Packages Fix + Resource’, which can cause similar crashes.

@Osrio yep not this mod causing that issue. This mod's code does not mess with justice or wraith in any way and the only change to whiplash's code is giving it a CD instead of charges. Some other mod is causing these issues with the rip jack.

So I'm not sure if it's this mod or what, but I've noticed my Skrimishers now have an inconsistent chance to outright crash the game to desktop whenever they use an ability like Whiplash, Justice etc. I doubt the mod author is looking at this, but just a heads up for anyone wanting to try this out.

@rockmanphuc This mod does have the same ID to skillfull skirmishing since they both do the same this but my mod does extra stuff the mod description even explains that.

for some reason alternative mod launcher said that this mod and skillful skirmishing has duplicate ID, is it alright? since it's not conflicting, but do i need to fix something?

^^That mod. I was asking about *another* rebalance I was going to try but same principle - paste class data into Trainable Skirm and then I can try it alongside Prof.

I an using that. How I get around it is by using Nightninjas “Trainable Skirmisher” mod. That mod is a dummy copy of the base game Skirmisher w/o calling it that. The goal was to copy your mod’s class data into that mod locally so I can work with them altogether.

I use his Trainable Reaper mod w/o issue with Proficiency Reaper - I figured it would work here as well. I also asked Night on the Trainable page if that should work. He seems to think so.

@Jahsinha are you using https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2857303746 ? because if so then this mod would not work fully work because you are using proficiency skirmisher rework. and all the perks/skill-tree edits I did for this class rework wont work. The ID is not going to be the problem here as I mentioned in the prior comment.

This has the same ID as Skillful Skirmishing, which I need for another mod. Getting Duplicate ID in AML and it does not show up in game. Looks like I can’t use this. Sigh.

@jahsinha its not compatible with not enough skirmishing but they both do similar things. This mod adds cooldowns to all the skirmisher perks that were charge based like not enough skirmishing. However the GTS perk is different then the one provided by the other mod. As for critical skirmishing this mod and that one are compatible.
