I'm a bit tempted to give it a shot, but no promises.

Anyways, I understand the whole “impatient freeware user annoys developers” dynamic, and as such, I've tried to be as polite as possible. People have been waiting for quite a while for a patch, and we're a bit restless to get some information giving us some idea on how much longer we need to wait.
You're obviously at no formal obligation to provide any information; providing a free service for mod users is more than enough to qualify as a generous individual. That said, it would still really ease everyone's minds to give some insight into the development process.
I don't know about you or tidal, but people pestering me usually just makes me want to work slower (and it's not like mods are supposed to be work, you know, of the paid kind).
Can we get a ballpark ETA on Vanilla Plants Expanded — More Plants integration?
Would you recommend me waiting for using your mod till it's updated to work with the new processor framework (I'm currently using it in favour of the old one, along with VCE of course) ?
The wheat does not replace the flour, it only adds an interim grain that must be ground into VCE's flour after being harvested.
may I ask if the update will also include compatibility with "[SYR] Processor Framework", or does it already work in the current version ? It seems the way to go nowadays for brewing purposes in RW. I'd very much like to use your mod along side other mods that depend on the former.
Also, is there a recommended load order, in particular with the Vanilla expanded series since your wheat replaces their flour ?
Thank you very much for creating and sharing your mod with us.
@MadMaxine thanks!
It would be cool if rye was not killed off by cold, similar to beets in Vanilla Plants Expanded, to distinguish it from other grain crops. A good mod regardless

Additionally, I've added support for Biomes! Chromatic Oasis, ReGrowth: Aspen Forest, and SeedsPlease Lite.
For example, a pawn with a minimum confortable temperature of -5.7 goes to -5.5 after drinking, which make the pawn more vulnerable to cold.
Apologies if I misunderstand something, the mod is otherwise really good. I now have a special cave expressly for making all these nice alcohols ^^
