Report a translation problem
This composition was made to be used in Eden. Now if I understand you correctly you haven't toggled the option for objects to follow original terrain height aka surface snapping and vertical mode. Vertical mode has to be off.

Once the vertical mode is disabled, you can select the entire composition and drag it to the ground without it having issues of placing all the objects on different altitudes.
