the mod doesn't download on my server, just fails

legendary map mod. it was finally retired on my server but it was always a mysterious and distant place from the rest of Knox County. a good place for people to hide from other players. rarely looted even with high player count.

Bro, I just randomly found this map mod, but I actually know this place and its so cool! It really is a sleepy mountain town with a weird vibe a rich history. Jumping in!

Tried to use on dedicated server. Did not load in at all. Very sad, because this is one of the few maps that actually has long-drives.

at long last i have finally decided to do-away with this ancient map mod because of the conflicts with other maps (elliot pond, fort redstone) but mostly due to the fact that there are no foraging zones at all in Slocan Lake Redux. rest in peace Slocan Lake

theres overlap with Research Facility, KY, fort redstone and the path for the facility, just clip off those forest cells could help, also overlap of forest with eliot pond, mybe cut them off into a separate wood region and make a 3 cell road fix for eliot pond

a compatibility patch to use eliot pond could be welcome, also solve other just forest overlap

Will you consider making a version where the Raven Creek River connects to Slocan Lake?

Checking the cells in the mod folders, seems to conflict with Raven Creek at cells 2x42-7x42, 2x43-7x43, and 2x44-7x44. Not sure what all is there in those 18 conflicting cells, but definitely keep in mind to have Raven Creek above this in your load order if you want both mods.

In addition, also conflicts with "Research Facility, KY" at cells 18x42 and 19x42.

If anyone can confirm that there's nothing important in those cells in this Slocan mod, that would be great.

Everything is showing correctly on my main map, but the water doesn't show up on the minimap.

Is posible to maka a version compatible for join the access throw elliot pond mod, should need remove a part of the map and enlog a road SE infront of the elliot pond map, The river with some work could be join to the NE eery county river so there will be no road but you can by foot cross to the other map walking along the map

is their a mod for roads in raven creek and Eerie county to Slocan Lake ?

I dont know if anyone else is having this problem, but every time I try to open the map with this mod active, it crashes to desktop.

Hi guys, if the maps are not showing or they're not being visible just move all the maps that are in the 'Map' section to the bottom (priority) when creating a server, that will fix it and they will show proprerly Nice map btw

I just had a similar problem but with Trelai map instead. What fixed it for me for that mod, is changing the mod load order. Try it out, it should work.

Try messing about with the mod load order. Put these mods last.

Can't relate. I have over 20 map mods activated and I can see it.

Why is it that in the game itself the area exists, but in the map the vanilla map is overlaying the Slocan Lake region? I disabled the original Slocan Lake mod, enabled this one, and set up both the mod order and map mod order list to have the Main InGameMaps mod first, then the actual map mods, and finally the maps from InGameMaps, but every time my map shows the vanilla overlay, and all the Slocan Lake maps appear blank. The road from Rosewood does not appear even when driving on it until the first camp. Is there any way I can solve this?

All the maps seem to load properly in the world - but... Nothing is on the Map itself or Minimap...

Even when you explore it, it's blank & I cannot find any In-game Maps for Denver

@Toilet Clauger I don't see any mapping overlaps using the ingame Map Mod Priority Order function.

Raven Creek had a big update after this latest version. No longer compatible.

Incompatible with ingame maps. When turned on, couse conlict and this persist with priotity, no priority, etc. sadly I never get this map work: i tried the core version, this version and ever get conflict or in game map get 'blank'' issue, like the map never get discovered when u walk around map (but seems works, can play without see the map)

Hello, I'm here on behalf of the Blacklake Roleplay community, and I wanted to ask you if we would be able to receive your permission to use your Map Mod in our Modpack?

This map works perfectly fine in multiplayer and doesn't need an update right now. Works with Raven Creek and Eerie and various other map mods that operate in the same general area, like Utopia and Westwood and Rosewood VHS/Gunstore mod and Fort Redstone (or is it Fort Rock Ridge that's down there? can't remember which). No conflicts. Everything generates excellently.

All the previous comments below are doing something wrong. This works fine. Currently playing it multiplayer.

Caveat: Forage IS broken, but that's the only issue. If you're the type of survivor who relies on forage, this might be the only reason you'd leave this map mod out.

Otherwise it's a nice giant addition to your map.

its a shame that there is no natural connection to slocan lake yet i hope that will be updated into the mod eventually but so far its a great mod

Finally giving up on Slocan Lake, at least until does really have full on support with the files and such. Always play with extremely/insanely rare loot and without forage it just doesnt work. Sadly tho since ive always had a "crush" on those costal towns.

This is a redux of the original map. Raven Creek's description refers to the original New Denver Slocan Lake map, which hasn't been touched in some 4-5 years. The author of this map "removed some of Slocan Lake's almost unreachable forest cells that override existing maps like Raven Creek And Eerie Country". Might've also repositioned it slightly, not sure. But this specific version is compatible with Raven Creek and Eerie County as it states.

so im confused... here it says in the description that THIS mod is compatible with Raven Creek but when i open Raven Creek link from here and go read Raven Creek description , then there it says it is not compatible with New Denver SL ????

Was having the same issue as Jay and removing the mod InGameMaps main removed the conflict, so is probably that both mods are trying to add support for the in game map. I'd probably give InGameMaps lower priorioty since it supports the older Slocan Lake mod

@Monkey In the mod.info as requirement there's indicated the RavenCreekEerieCompatibleSlocanLake but I can't find it anywhere nor is listed above as dependency. Maybe that part must be deleted in future updates?

Can I ask why exactly does the in-game map not work in dedicated MP servers? I'm renting a server rn and I want to add this map to my server for my friends and I to play on, but I'm just wondering why the in-game map specifically does not work with dedicated servers.

@Jay This could mean that one of the other mods you have enabled is causing the problem due to compatibility issues. It doesn't necessarily mean this mod is at fault.

Sorry if I'm just blind but is there any actual connecting road between slocan lake and raven creek? I haven't seen one yet.
