On this composition case, it's on the Code Complete in the Hold Action.

I'm trying to find a way to make this run via custom script but I cannot figure out what is currently triggering the collapse event. Any ideas?

@DxG6767 sorry for the late response.
I used the 3den AddAction feature (Also present in the vanilla game, but via scripting), to activate a trigger, this trigger is what starts the timeline.

It's a composition, not a mod or addon, you only can find compositions, in the eden editor.

I can't find the subscribed file. Where do I look for it? It is not in my C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\79992610\ugc\referenced folder... Can someone send it to me?

@CrazyGunGuy you can use the modules to create a levolution for any building you want, but this composition only includes the apartment building and the antenna at the top of it.

@zorro from all of our tests and troubleshooting with any animation in MP we have come to the conclusion that any position update based animation that is used for moving buildings for example is only updated at around 10 seconds for clients so its almost useless.

smoke needs to linger longer. It takes a while for concrete dust like that the settle when a building that big comes down. And if there is a fire lifting smoke upward, it can take hours.

@Heliotrope I haven't had time to test it in multiplayer yet.
I think it can work, but would need some proper scripts.
My guess would be testing a small script that starts the animation for each client at the same time.

@muneh Nop, not all buildings are destroyable.
especially on Tanoa, a lot of the buildings arent.

is all building in vanilla destroyable? bacuse i tried to destroy things in Apex map tanoa or idk what and it didn't work

@muneh Well, it's a scripted event, not a dynamic destruction one like the vanilla destruction.
(there's ways to make it dynamic, but i haven't learned how to use in a right way the functions to do it yet).

@Titus I haven't done any testing of the modules in a server (host or dedicated).
So i don't really know if there is some way to make it work for servers.

Hey, cool stuff however I tried it on my server, the rocket fired, the building went invisible, rocket went to the moon then the building popped back into this dimension. Is this only a single player tool or should it work on dedicated servers too?

@Iller085, you need to put the last Rich Curve Key (K3 module), underground, in order do make it work.

The animation does not play, even when using your command that you posted. The only thing that happend when i ran theese codes in a trigger [timeline_1] call BIS_fnc_timeline_play; [timeline] call BIS_fnc_timeline_play. The only thing that happend is that the building slides across the ground while the collapse sound is playing.

Last time I checked BI Keyframe Animation doesn´t work on dedicated, but I hope it´s alright to dream.

@Blackburn_GTV to get the addaction, you need the 3den enhanced mod.
If you don't want to use it, the command to start the timeline is:
[timeline_name] call BIS_fnc_timeline_play, you can put it on a trigger or the debug console.
@ValrathCommander, i haven't see any impact on the fps at all. But i don't tested making a mission with a lot of timelines happening at the same time, this potentially could make a loss of FPS.
