I have to ask.

Do I need all 5 parts of this mod turned on all at once or are they all just their own self contained mods?

I just want to know because I want to make sure and not write off the mod because I only launched with one of them, or if I only need to launch with one of them.

Dear Followers,
A few weeks ago, I get an honorable request to help work on the Total Conquest project witch I gladly accepted. This is not mean that I will not continue my Imperial Truth mods, but for now, I have to put it on hold. I updated most of the mods to be available four you, except the Units and Building mods. This is because it would be terribly time-consuming (which I don't have) and it will be completely redone when I will continue the series. During the work with the TC team, I will be able to learn from the bests, which I will try to repay with quality help. I also started to learn how to use Blender, and with that, I will be able to create my models instead of just using and recoloring the existing ones.
I would like to thank you all for your friendly support and helpful feedback I will try to do my best to come back and redone/continue the series.

Dear Followers,
Despite the lack of my time, I made an economy fix for my "Units and Buildings Overhaul" mod thanks to tester Pyrrus who gave me constructive feedback about how broken was the gold income in my mod. Income is drastically reduced, from now you will need more cities to upkeep a well-equipped army. I also used walls, to convert (not equally) trade income to tax income. In this way changing a cities taxes gives a greater impact on the overall economy.

Some unit values were also reduced for all units to gives space to unit ranking. Temples are a bit redone, to keep the uniqueness of the factions.
All changes all showed in the mods google document which you can find in the Steam mod description.

The new patch is probably not saved game compatible, sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any idea or feedback please let me know in the discussion topics to constantly improve the mods and with it the overall gaming experience.

Units and buildings 2.0.3 update is relased:
- Balancing
- Recruitable generals from Bobo Mauser's idea.
- 24 New Units from Alexander and BI
- Extended recruit pool from vanilla units.
- Buff system improved.
- Proper texturing will only available in the next update!

@wkalbe, Good morning! Yes, yesterday I announced that after the 2.0.2 patch, my mods are not up to date yet, except the new Armoured spartan texture pack. I'm working on them.

Maimbot6000, Thank you for the suggestion. Noted, I will check and maybe change it in the next patch. I'm working on a bigger greek patch at the moment for new greek units and some existing ones for different factions so probably will be completed within a few days.

Perhaps the description for the Imperial Warden might be worded differently for example:
"This man is a vigilant guardian, the eyes and ears of the nation!"

Giovanille, we all salute to you! Thank you very much for your kind words and your time to let us know this. I totally agree with you, If I would have more time or knowledge of modding I would create a playground you just described. I'm planning to modify a faction as "eternal enemy" which is unbeatable, like Chaos forces in Warhammer universe, but that will be the last part of my mod. Sadly diplomacy is not as strong in this game, but I will try to create multiple possibilities to have 1-2 trustful allies to fight with against these hordes or against normal nations. I also want to expand the map, but maybe I will just add more territories, we will see. I will make the territory borders more reasonable that is for sure. I mean if there is a river or mountain or even forest, that will help to shape the territory border. Anyway, many things to do so little time. But you words truly felt good and inspired me to keep working on with my ideas.

Balance is not necessarily what the public is looking for. We are all infatuated with glorious battles as we see them in the movies. And these battles always show brave soldiers killing enemies by the dozen without a scratch. We like it and yet, there is nothing historical in these facts even if the character has existed. As for the balance of the game, it is enough to increase the skills of certain enemy units to give a semblance of balance. But whatever the case, we want to be the strongest .... Me, I never conquer all the map and I never finish a campaign because what I like is the birth of the empire that I creates, go to war with 400 powerful soldiers and defeat three armies of 2000 men. Like Alexander in Gaugamela. In short, historical realism and the balance of power is not important to have fun in these TW games. 20 years that I play there and thanks to you modders, I stay. Thank you.

No, it will not overwrite. In this mod I only edited the "export_descr_character_traits.txt" and "export_vnvs.txt" files.

But if I have already edited the "descr_start" file and still plan to edit it later, subscribing to your mod will overwrite the original file or not?

Also for anyone who is not familiar with console commands: You have to select the family member before you type in the command!

quick question, when entering traits on console command do they require any underscores (this _ ) ?
