It was the ruin of many a fine young man, and god I know I'm one.
I tried fixing it, sort of, but I don't know if it does the trick.
From what I can find, knock down is calculate per bullet, like every round have a chance to knock people down. I use pistol round for m1946a1 because it is basically a retro-futuristic Tommy gun. But pistol bullets have a higher knock down rate for balance, since it is fired semi-auto...and I use this number on a SMG that piss out bullets.
I lower the knock down number for more than a half, but judging from m1946a1's higher rate of fire, I wonder if that will help any.
Done, I tweak the category. Now they are under the "Wolfenstein 1946" tag
I can't figure out how to port skins, hell I even make a MSF soldier skin of MGS from the ground up, but Unity always render it invisible in game.
So I stop bother with skin development and focus on hack guns.

Fixed, I think.
I was unable to replicate the bug, as if, everything works for me.
Granted, I am the mod maker, but my game is as vanilla as possible due to mod testing.
Until further notice, the current situation is I am unable to fix the bug if I can't figure out what causes them or even see their existence.
