However, shouldn't you be able to get the mod ID from the end of the URL, go into the workshop files for Barotrauma, find that ID, then find the upgrades file for it and make a version that would've had the changes from there and here? I just have zero clue how to put it on steam or not have it be overridden to which ever mod I would've put the other's changes in.
As for compability with Meaningful Upgrades i have neither the knowledge or the time to make it compatible with other mods and/or keep it updated.
