military and naval hegemony are pretty obvious but it would be more divisions and ships respectively

Some strings however are grabbed from the vanilla game localisation, so e.g. the modifiers (as long as they are not new ones from this mod) will be in Russian.
things like this that give so much needed depth to the game is what makes it re playable
