I've just had the same issue as English1977 - trying to use this for a mid-90s F1 Championship (not too fussed about the era of track so long as it's the right place) and I was 17 seconds off pole, whereas I'm usually about 2-3. Whole field of 22 cars was separated by about 45 seconds, and half didn't complete a lap in Qualifying because they smashed over kerbs.

I sincerely hope improvements are coming, because it'd be nice to have a decent version of Magny-Cours available.

As a track for hot-lapping on this is fine. It's not the prettiest, but it looks pretty good. The track surface could maybe do with a few more textures, but the surroundings are fine and create good ambience.
I have experienced the same problems as l_apothicaire. Anything other than a standing start results in starting in a field or having the AI cars smashing into each other before the race has even started.
For me, the AI is the real problem. Sadly it is pretty much unusable as a race tool. There is a 30(ish) second field spread across a single lap and out of a field of 20, only about 4 cars finish the race and they tend to be 8 or 9 laps down due to field spread.
I hope this is coming across as constructive criticism as that is how it is intended. There is a really great racing experience here, it just needs tweaking and polishing, so keep up the good work. I look forward to the next update.

Grass objects not seen in mirrors and grass textures looks way too dark.

But at the race start, i appear somewhere in grass, and it's impossible to race whithtout diqualification.
