Fascinating idea of a mod with a lot of potential. Playing with it in my current game right now and it's been a blast. I've had three presidents assassinated by the Pacifists. On a different note, I think the influence gain for approving factions is a wee bit busted. I have the full support of Militarists and the Egalitarians and I'm getting hundreds of influence points per turn, I'm sitting at over 69,000 influence at the moment, I could probably stake a claim on literally every system in the galaxy at this point (with room for dessert.)
