I'm the author of ytr unit 182↔190, I hear that my mod will be Invalid when you play Huangshao faction and use this mod, so I make a compatible version.

After turning off the mod and playing for a bit I realised my issues were more to do with population growth issues initially and the bonuses seem much more intuitive in this mod. Thanks!

Stick with Vanilla on your first play. You will feel rough with this mod

Big fan of your mods so I went ahead and installed for my first YT play through.I wasn't really able to do anything with the shared faction bonus since the other two factions faltered so despite a pretty stable ember gain it never really did anything. My game is heavily modded so who knows what other factors from those mods played into this result.

Just thought I would mention for anyone else, maybe stick with vanilla on your first play?

But Huang Shao dies early. Huang Shao brings a lot of value to the table. So I suggest keeping him alive.

Gave it a check, it functions but overides Radious. Do you have any plans to make a compatibility patch? I think this is a great mod that makes the Yellow Turbans worth playing :D

@Thesnuperdevil Yes. Most of the thought behind it is for the AI and functionality for the AI.
unfortiuantely, no it's not available for 182 start date. I could make it so, however I don't see how it would be balanced.

That may be the best chouice. A small portion of Embers for his unique building may give him stability come lategame. Currently, Gong Du is the only one of the YT's that cannot maintain the resource if he's the only YT alive.

Building might be the best option then

thanks for taking the feedback, the main problem with Gong Du is that currently you have no way to gain a stable income, you need to constantly attack and currently you need to win 5 battles every turn to stay at max level. how about adding some ember gain to his unique building ? that way you still encourage a hyper aggressive playstyle with him while still offering a way to maintain some basic income of the currency

@Azerty What I haven't really emphasised, is that this resource is to reflect the YT fighting a desperate situation. You may or may not find yourself in a position where reaching max of the resource is impossible.

I think a unique resource for Gongsun Zan will be a good mod, it can be similar to your Ma Teng's Endurance Unique Resource

hm, you're maybe right.
He's the only one which you cannot reach a safe point. Maybe make it so he get's slightly more bonuses from winning battles? Slightly more from casualties as well? I designed him to not be able to be safe.

Dude, the changes make it insanely hard, as Gong Du there is absolutely no way I can maintain the Resources alone after He Yi and Huang get slaughtered early.
