Alright, I'm not sure if you're going to see this or if you're interested in keeping this mod going, but I've played around a lot with your mod and while I love it and the Passage Hub and Mega Apartments alone make it worth keeping, as I said before, there are quite a few little bugs in it that make it annoying to keep around right now. As I said before, there is no way to remove certain buildings as the mod options don't seem to do anything. I've also discovered that many of the upgrades to the buildings don't actually work, like "Amplify" and "Fueled Extractor". Strangely, Factory AI works just fine. Like I said, this mod needs some TLC. I've tried looking through your code and I wish I knew more about how it all works or I'd try to fix it on my own. All I've managed to do is change the costs for researching most of the techs and the cost of several of the buildings to make it a bit more in line with what feels less "cheaty". Anywho, in case you ever read this just FYI. Thanks!

Also, I assume this isn't by design, but even if I disable some of the buildings in the mod options they still all show up in my game, even if I start a new map. They're still in the research menu and all the buildings show up on the building UI. I love this mod and due to the passage hub and mega apartments I plan on keeping it in game, but I feel it needs a little TLC.

This mod is fantastic and I wanted to say thank you! The passage hub is an absolute must have!

My only real gripe with the mod is that it feels a touch too “cheaty” being able to unlock the buildings in the research menu without needing to wait for them to be revealed like all the other techs. The modular home, the automatic engineering factories, and the electricity producing buildings are all especially helpful, but being able to unlock them right away feels like it makes things a lot easier than I feel it should be. I wish there was an option to add them to the normal research tree instead of having them be in their own separate one that allows for them to be unlocked right away. As a result, I’ve disabled most of them as they make the game too easy.

I'm sorry for the ignorance but i would love a more detailed walk through of how to get the app to work again in 2025. I was literally playing yesterday and now my save game wont work... i know the in game mod browser says is installed but not subscribed i think (?) but i am subscribed here

To be clearer: DON'T USE THE IN-GAME MOD BROWSER, that uses paradox platform and they take down mods quickly but only restore after manual review.

Unsubscribe to the mod in-game then subscribe on here, wait for download then enable the new copy in mod manager and it'll work fine.

The issue seems to occur randomly, spread out among the buildings from this mod.

This is a great mod pack. I like how its addons mainly feel like they should be in the base game.
No issues adding it to my game as others are reporting.

Yeah, I had the same issue with the mod - was working yesterday, and today it shows it's blocked due to content restrictions. However, to get around this. I uninstalled the mod from the Paradox Mod Manager in game (turned off then removed). Closed the game. Ensured I was unsubscribed from the mod in Steam. Then re-subscribed. Reloaded the game, back into mods manager, found it at the bottom of the list, re-enabled and now it's working again - could load save fine.

Seems it may only be an issue if you originally installed/used it from the mod manager rather than Steam workshop - at least for now! Hope that maybe helps others, if only temporarily.

Just booted up the game and was informed this mod was disabled due to content restrictions. Does that mean Paradox blocked it or something?

Wait I'm confused, does this mod break games now? I'm looking through top rated mods and this one comes up at the top of the list so I wanna try it out- but not if it's un-updated and breaks saves?

The hexagonal passage hub was better aesthetically and practically because it took up less space and just looked better because it effectively hid weird visuals of passages connecting to it when you open your domes.

Passage Hub is essential for me.
I need it.

Everything else is cool, and I've played with all of them in the past, but generally I disable them due to the game engine's technical limits.

I don't recommend doing this.
I installed several Silva mods from Paradox Mods. Suddenly, two of them disappeared from Paradox modilst. This made my saves unloadable.

The smoke effects coming out of the automated factories and extractors seems to be bugged, the smoke remains even if the machine is off, and most of the time it looked like several smoke effects are placed in the same place making it look intense and flickers heavily from a distance.
FPS also suffers a bit.

idk if any of your mod have a bug, but the textures on the map are low (concrete deposit, domes), yesterday i played whit high textures and today when enter the textures are in low. I check my config but is high (i play in high). is strange may any of your mod have the bug

I really, really miss the old passage hub. The new one is nice, but the old one's symmetry was critical to so many of my dome layouts. (And the reupload on the paradox mod list doesn't work for me.)

@bisscl I think just the UCP is in the Steam Workshop. I've only seen those re-uploads of Silva's old individual mods in the in game Mod Manager. That's fine for me but it didn't have the heavy rocket and I think there was a new spire and maybe a couple of other things that didn't end up in the UCP, so any players who really want those for their colony may have to take their chances with getting it via Paradox and hoping the idiots don't get it binned again. I suppose it's possible that if it was people doing it as a deliberate attack on Silva they might leave the re-uploads alone since it was someone else who put them back up there.

Silva had a collection of mods that really catered to 2 somewhat distinct playstyles.
Then they combined them all into 1 mod (this one) which lots of people didn't like.
Then they went and got paid to make DLC content for the game which some people viewed as selling out.

The people upset by this sequence of events do not seem to have let it go, and so things continued to get reported until the auto-systems lock them down and Silva then has to go through the process of appealing it.

a idea would be adding a special thermal reactor maybe a wonder that uses 10x more fuel but is like a surface heater and he produces power and his heat range is very big

There are no problems with anything other than modular apartments.
For some unknown reason, when upgraded, a section can become invisible.
