@Xander Floyd You are correct that this was simply adding recipe to the recipe table and feats to the feat table. Easy on the technical level, but lots of typing work. If you publish a mod, set a post here to redirect users to yours

Does this also give Recipes for dropped legendaries in Siptah that don't have Recipes normally?
Most reforged legendaries need the original legendary weapon once. Some, like the adventurers blade or the sword of crom can only be reforged if you have multiples of them in your inventory.
Some Reforging costs even multiple weapons. This is mostly the case on the extremely powerful ones.
i.e: Reforging Sword of Crom takes 4 Swords of Crom and 30 Fragments of Power.
This can be reduced to 2 Swords/15Frags with a Precision Blacksmith Bench.
I think the difficulty of reforge may be a little higher
