Here's an image of my personal city on the map to give an idea what can be done.

I'm sure it's a great map, now. Unfortunately, BonbonB quite never review the same map twice...

I wasn't happy with the start square junction and the highway bridge over the river, so I went in, did some more fine tuning/redecorating, added another new bit and now I think the map is at a good spot, after four revisions/fixes.

At least now it's come a bit of a ways from the version BonbonB reviewed, taking his notes to heart.

Hi!
Your map has been reviewed by BonbonB here :

I gave it high ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

About the trees on the railway, it's a problem girth the mod Tree Anarchy when it's on by default. If you don't have it or if it's turn off by default, you won't see anything.

Mikmoen, thanks for the update. I will be starting a new city in the next couple days using your map. I will let you know how it goes.

Based on BonBon's review I tried cleaning up some of the pointed out mistakes. The biggest one being all the bushes clipping onto the railway. It's odd, even though when I load the map into a new game the bushes stay hidden, even though they are there. Even so I ran the brush over the line to try and remove them anyway.

Also worked on some other tweaks. And the shipping lane especially. I made that little island after putting the lane down which is why I missed it the first time. Ships should no longer beach themselves.

@PYRO Glad I could satisfy an itch! I'm looking forward to making more PNW inspired maps in the future, already working on one centered around a Lake here.

Also already regretting an oops on my part, since I had either not known, or completely forgotten that some Vanilla trees were Environment specific, and the Wild Conifers, which would have looked much better than the Redwoods, aren't available on Temperate maps.

Right on, I live in WA and have been out there many times. This will be a fun one. Thanks for the creation.
