Haven't experienced that, but I have seen AI walk through the garage wall of the main house so I believe you. No clue what causes this as they're all Bohemia assets.

Another thought is that it could have to do with the high amount of vegatation in combination with shadow distance.
I also notice that objects and textures take a while to load in, longer than in other maps so maybe refrain from moving for a minute in the editor as it does it's thing..
The map works consistent in the editor for me so it's hard to diagnose this issue. The times that it didn't load properly in old releases usually had to do with odd map geometry which isn't the case in the current release.
Like I stated in another comment is that I could make future releases which might automatically solve such issues. (and introduce new ones, knowing Arma)
so for now i can just save custom compositions in another map, then load LSJ and quickly add the comp.s and save before it crashes.

Very strange. Did some co-op with a mate who has a new Ryzen + 32GB and worked flawless.
I have a Haswell i5 (2013) and 16 GB ddr3.
Access violation sounds like a RAM issue, still.
Can you host the scenario I made as MP game and see if that works?
You run a lot of mods? Have sufficient RAM?
