@Mavoc: Sounds like your city-state got renamed. This can happen via mod or liberation. Try the extension mod I posted two comments back.

Found a minor bug where the name of the city-state doesn't match up. Not sure how but with Barbarian Clans mode I got a city-state that has a different name from that of the suzerain bonus name. The City-State of Washington in my game is Washington on the map and in the city-state panel with the Sana'a Unique Suzerain Bonus, and is call Sana'a in this mod's screen.

Change eql_questpopup.lua line 277 to:
Name = minorPlayer:GetCities():GetCount() > 0 and minorPlayer:GetCities():GetCapitalCity():GetName() or minorPlayerConfig:GetCivilizationShortDescription(),

This allows a City-State to appear when the City Name doesn't match the Minor Civ name.

Very nice! A further improvement would be to reference the localized strings that Firaxis already translated instead (from Base\Assets\Text\en_US\Types_Text.xml):

LOC_QUEST_CLEAR_BARBARIAN_CAMP_NAME might be too long for the UI, so you could just use LOC_IMPROVEMENT_BARBARIAN_CAMP_NAME instead.

Great and simple mod.
Is there any chance a counter could be added to each category?
For example, say there are 7 CSs asking for a trade route, but the mod only shows 5 and the rest have to be scrolled.
Perhaps title of each category can include a total count of CSs with this type of quest? "Send Trade Route (7)"

Anyone experienced issues with this with the recent updates or leader packs? I'd love to use this mod but I'm wondering how the recent updates and leader packs are affecting things. Thanks.

I see the same thing on my Mac, all expansions short of the Season Pass. I only get 2 city states shown, and I can't send any, since the accept button at the bottom is gone.

this mod, for some reason, hid many of the city states present in the game. When I go to the send envoy screen, I can hardly see 2 or 3 city states, even if there are a lot more, whom I am not in war with, or have quest available/completed etc. I have no idea what is causing it to just hide some of them, but it has ruined many of my games. I am on MAC

@bcchs City states start with walls on Immortal difficulty or higher.

There's no way this mod influences it because it only reads existing information from the game. It doesn't alter anything.

Uh, could it be that the recent changes now cause City states to start with walls up? Or could this problem be hailing from faulty interaction with Fuzzletop's One City Mode? Problem only came up after today's update of this mod. Thanks for any help, awesome work!

Hi Stackman, Can you please make this mod translatable?
If I look into your eql_questlookup.xml file, I only find strings. I want to translate them but i would have to change core files for that. All you have to do is set LOC_NAMES for string Values.
Would be helpful for everybody who does want their own language inside your mod.

The only thing that could make this better would be if a hotkey could be assigned to pull up the menu. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the detailed map tack mod adds the ability to hotkey map tacks and that it is not part of the base game to do that.

@GroBoiD I've fixed the issues. I can also confirm that Unique Districts Icons is compatible, though I don't know if Steel and Thunder works.
