Seniors become miserable when any one of their needs is below 30. Are all of their needs above 30?

I am currently playing a game and it seems to work as expected for me.

The morale mechanic doesn't seem to be picking up on my seniors not being miserable.

The toggle button doesn’t work on my game anymore. Before, I could see that the residents slots increased, but now it doesn’t. Was it reported?
Tremualin  [author] 24 Jun, 2024 @ 3:34pm
Yeah, it increases the capacity by 50% when activated.
Angvellon 24 Jun, 2024 @ 7:18am
Does the senior residence actually increase the capacaty (like the tooltip claims)?

I like this mod, but Its a little too easy to get insane morale spirals early on due to "too many miserable seniors" and suddenly get tons of renegades all my domes. My last game I got the scientists vs engineers event and it nearly killed my colony because of the morale penalty to my scientists (i was playing inventor and couldnt avoid pissing off my mostly scientist colony).

I deleted all my crazy verbose comments because you saw my report on discord ;)

I've been doing domes like this for a long time because I think it SHOULD give bonuses to the young and old to be together and having just found this mod, you're awesome and thank you.

Really gives purpose to seniors. My first thought when I had 80+ and only 40 workers was to kill them all. Really just killed my colony because I had no idea what I am doing. Giving them something of a purpose is great.

This really makes the colony feel like a community :cozyteddymoo:

Never even thought about killing old people. What kind of colonies are people building..

damn this is cool, should be in the base game since forever young is pure RNG.

You need to wait a few sols for the ability "Senior Wellbeing Matters" because the game only starts tracking Seniors at the global level after you install my mod. But all the other abilities automatically activate once a day.

Do you see a section for "Traits removed by Seniors" in your Dome? If you do, the mod is installed.

If you still have issues please send me your logs with pastebin so I can take a look: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2391106222

Then it's not working on my playthrough... Is there a special command to perform (besides your mandatory mod) ?
Tremualin  [author] 26 Sep, 2021 @ 8:21am
No, no need to start a new game.
Styx 26 Sep, 2021 @ 1:58am
Hi ! Does one need to start a new game for the mod to work ?
The Engineer Pop 19 Sep, 2021 @ 12:56am
I got a recommend to subscribe that mod by the modmaker of Career A.I. Thanks anyway.

I just tested my mod and Seniors move into Retirement Homes. I know a lot of people who have this bug have had success with this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2431231186

Well. When I subscribed this mod (and 9 other mods) then my senior colonists don't go to my Retirement Home. It is vacant and my seniors are living the other residents scattered. Is it a bug of your mod?
Lord Chungus 12 Sep, 2021 @ 10:32pm
i havent played this game yet but this mod sounds great i like the idea alot

In preparation for the Picard update, this mod now requires my shared library: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2588520023

Excellent mod.

UI fix works, thanks! as for the retirement home, your button does appear on it, but it is grayed out and always set to "Only seniors allowed" which is actually perfect. It seems to work, I dont know if there was a problem with the building before that has been fixed.
Tremualin  [author] 24 Jul, 2021 @ 9:43pm
I still don't have the new DLC and I don't think my mod fixes the problem with the new retirement home in the DLC, if still there. Because the retirement home in the DLC is already exclusive to Seniors, my new button shouldn't be there.

This looks lit. I assume seniors flocking to newly assigned senior buildings means they also actually move to the in-dome buildings pack retirement buildings now too? (I seem to recall they didn't do that very well originally.)
Tremualin  [author] 24 Jul, 2021 @ 6:30pm
I managed to reproduce and fix the problem for new save games. Hopefully it works for old save games too.
Tremualin  [author] 24 Jul, 2021 @ 1:14pm
Thanks for the report. I will see what I can do to remove the double UI.
starchitec 24 Jul, 2021 @ 1:09pm
This is really neat. I have a minor bug where the "Traits removed by Seniors" UI shows up twice in each dome. I did install this mid save, so maybe that is part of the problem.
