Haha na I was trying to squeeze in a crossover.

No, but funny you should say that cause I'm considering doing a recreation of my local area and/or the suburban network out of Wellington and/or some other areas of New Zealand. Given we have some very small curves as it is and the map/s I'll download off the workshop or create myself will likely have to be downscaled some corners and crossovers are going to have to be very tight.

@donaldwal: 5 km/h??? You must have very very small curves. :steamhappy: Do you ride high speed trains on mining tracks?

I've just started using this mod. I've got to say so far I'm loving it. Now when the game says a section is too tight I agree when the limit shown is like 5km/h lol. Good stuff man.

Understood

I think it would be good to send an email to UG, I'm sure it's a game bug and I can't fix it.

Got an example of the bug(?) Right double switch has correct switch speed and most times it works but sometimes it becomes like on the left where a train can switch at full track speed. Gonna see if it could be the track mod.

@ Banelord300: I cannot confirm this. But even if it was true, it wouldn't be an issue of this mod.

Think the new updated introudced a bug to double slip switches allowing trains to pass at full speed

@Garfield: It's only the maximum curve speed at a fictive superelevation. It's not visual.
Garfield 10 Nov, 2022 @ 11:56am
i have a question, is the track banking n stuff visual or does it just change the speed on what the train can drive on in the curve

When steam says a link to an external website is potentially dangerous it's not a direct implication against you lol. Don't take things so personally; it's just their way of saying they're not legally responsible if you proceed to use a 3rd party i.e {LINK REMOVED} as your mod source. It's out of their hands if something should go wrong and you aren't able to get support from them. You European guys are very sensitive to things you take out of context in English, despite your well written English, it's obvious it isn't your native language haha. :Muffin_time:

wheres track updater. cant find it at all. and my tracks are done for
WernerK  [author] 29 Jul, 2021 @ 3:58am
@ kaichou: You could switch off "No superelevation below Vmax 120 km/h" and then it should work. But you won't have a difference between tracks in stations and main tracks. I will think about making an adjustable limit value in a future version.

Found the updater and it's working as intended with this mod. Thanks !

I wonder if I can change the parameters, considering my map has mostly 110km/h limited tracks
WernerK  [author] 27 Jul, 2021 @ 1:44pm
@ Anthoam: Normally it is not possible to change some technical parameters of already laid tracks - like the curve speed. If you want to do it though, you must remove all old tracks and lay them new. The track updater does this for you. But it is still a beta, so I do not offer it here. You find it on transportfever.net . (Perhaps Steam will block the link and say this is a "dangerous" link, but I say this is bullshit.)

Thanks for this ! What is the "Track Updater" mod tho ?
