Thank you for this mod.
It is the worst mechanic in the game and doesn't makes sense at all. Even with small penalty
같은 턴에 선전포고하고 바로 평화조약을 맺거나 적을 속국으로 만들 경우에 발생하는 외교적 신용 패널티를 줄이는 모드입니다. DEI 모드랑 같이 사용하라고 만들었지만 없이 사용해도 무방합니다.
Not sure to understand, does this mod ''remove'' all diplomatic penalty, or just reduce them ?

and after a while declare war again and take Sardinia and spain and then have a final 3erd Punic war.

Do you think it would be possible to make AI more willing to offer peace after have suffered military defeats (or losing generals/faction leader) WHILE still having a power bar advantage?
My mod really shines for that purpose only. When you are already a big faction but have run out of money, you go on ahead and flex your imperial muscles on a weak neighboring rump faction, and immediately ask them to pay you whatever it costs for you to consider not fucking them up.
