Like if I have a poison gun and have a dragon ammo (to use with the main weapon),the poison pistol will shoot fire bullets,not poison ones
Altho it seem to give a "reload with X ammo",here poison ammo,to swap them so its nice enough of a compromise I guess,weird it doesn't work like the Ammos as modification mod,where they overwrite the ammo slot

I doubt there's anything Tesla makes that isn't compatible with CI to be honest.

Check this mod's WOTC_SpecializedPistols.int. It is split by mag and beam.
I want to divide it into two colors, MAG and BEAM.
Thank you. The culprit is Utility Slot Sidearms WOTC. Sadly my mod will not be compatible with this one. I will note it in mod description. A very very good alternative would be Dedicated Pistol Slot 2.0.
Can you share your modlist with me so I can figure this out? You can export your modlist as text file in the profile tab of AML. And a screenshot of the messed up localisation helps too.

Is it because i didn't research mag/plasma yet? But even so, why are they available since the beginning?

I made this mod with True Primary Secondaries (during build and test). For every ammo (assuming default configs) there should be 2 versions of the pistol, one for mag tier and another for beam tier. Not sure how it would behave with Primary Secondaries (have not used that mod in a long time) but likely it would turn up like how you described.
@TeslaRage handled the code execution for this project, I was just an asset/texture junky
((which felt nice not being the code-monkey for once!!))
