@Grays Since you havent provided a link to the mod you are talking about I cant really test this.
They probably need to modify their values as the time is based on the normal mining time

Having an issue with Expand Materials Metals, they are supported by omni core drill but waaaaaay to easy to drill. Even titanium is just drilled in a fraction of the time steel is drilled. I went into the config menu but the menu appears broken, it isn't listing the times for any materials. Even if it did, with the sliders present it wouldn't be able to balance the modded metals without affecting the core metals, so we'd need an individual per-metal field to change how long it takes.

Aha! In regards to my comment on Jan 26 in which I stated that I was unable to view some mod options I figured out the problem.

It turned out that because I had the UI scaled to 1.5 the mod options under the "Material", "Work", or "Yield" columns were not properly displaying. By reverting the UI scale back to 1 I am able to view and change the options in these columns.

For those who can't access the Omni Core Drill while Beyond Our Reach is installed: it's not a bug. BOR made this change on purpose.

Sadly deleting mod-config didn't resolve the problem, but thanks for the suggestion all the same. Just to make sure it's the correct file I found it under "AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config".

Thanks for resurrecting the mod! Sadly the options to adjust specific materials are broken (at least for me). Mods are sorted using RimSort. Global options are available but even when I remove all other mods there are no options listed under the "Material", "Work", or "Yield" columns. I even unsubscribed, manually deleted the mod folder, and resubscribed but no joy.

For me main problem with this mod is that every work with this drill count as done craft. when my pawns do statue or excellent building. it's "art" describe "this art show how (pawnname) done it's work on plasteel at (timestamp)". every single one.

@1000cyberblade1000 deep drilling speed and mining yeld counts, with higher deep drilling speed process goes faster, and mining yeld allow to gain more resource.

So i built this and set it to mine plasteel, and after a super long time to fill the work bar up (like a few days of near constant work at least) I only get 5 plasteel?? what gives? is that all? Is that how its meant to be because if so thats not worth it at all. i spent 400 plasteel making the thing not to mention 2000 steel.

EDIT: Never mind i found the mod settings and tweaked them, now its somewhat useful in amount and speed.

In the developer test map, this percentage is not high, but in my other 275x275 map, his wealth adds up to around 10,000 silver, which is not a small amount in the early stages of the game

yes, I only kept the Omni Core Drill (Continued) and Chinese translation files, as well as harmony as the front MOD, and wealthlist 1.5 from vuie as the MOD for observing wealth values.

There is an issue with the mode options not appearing when the interface size is x1.5 or greater.

I discovered something interesting today. If you combine this mod with Beyond Our Reach you lose the ability to actually build the Omni Core Drill HOWEVER the settings remain and they get applied to the core drill that comes with Beyond Our Reach instead.
