As far as I know, when you subscribe to a map and you start playing it, any update to the map won't affect you unless you start a new game with that map.

Hi Purple, thanks for commenting, this is the first time I've updated a map so I'm not sure how or if it affects saves with a previous version. Sorry you're having troubles, is it just the updated section of highway?

after the update my roads are glitching, if i zoom in

Thanks for the comment xmicha3lx, I hadn't given that a thought. I think by using the 'Extra Landscaping Tools' mod you can place a water source and adjust the level in order to act as a drain. Well noticed and thanks for pointing it out!

Looks like all the water flows inward with no off-map exits. This will result in a massive poop lake. Surprised BonBonB didn't catch this. Otherwise a great map.

Thanks MrMontana1889, most appreciated! You're right, I should have connected the two highways better, something I bear in mind for my next map. Hope you enjoy your build on this!

First, this is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL map. The BonBonB review doesn't give it justice. It's just simply stunning. As far as I'm concerned, it's a 5/5/5 map.

Second, traffic can be a problem on the highway. I don't think it has enough capacity. As much as I love roundabouts, I don't think they provide enough speed for traffic to flow smoothly. Though it seems to eb and flow - so sometimes I'm at 85% traffic flow and sometimes it drops into the 60s.

Third, I think a 4L national road (2L in each direction) from the roundabout near the start square going into the start square would be a better approach than a highway. It would be the same number of lanes (you're using 2 lane highways now). it would be easier to connect the city to as well. Don't use NExt2. There is another 4L national road that can be used that is just as good.

I've only just started my build but I expect to get to at least 100k in population.

Kudos, @dolomitedave. Kudos.

SanditeSpartan117, it was originally gonna be Pike's County and based on the Lake District in the UK. Loads of them hills are called [Something] Pike... Then I changed my mind and based it on the outskirts where the flatter stuff comes in, so I changed it by a letter :P

Curious, why is your map called Pike's Bounty? haha

This is a very nice map. It has some good balance between flat areas and some rolling hills. The map does not look boring at all, on the contrary, looks pleasant to the eye, has a good theme mix. In my opinion, this is inspiring, I see myself building some nice towns here and there. I love it! Congratulations for the good work. Thumbs up!
