for my modules to work properly, mod order with original one is important.
REMOD (original one, 41版生化危机物品拓展包 Resident Evil Item...) must be higher in order then my overhauls
mod order should look something like that
...other mods if there is mods...
REMOD
REWMD
REMOD - Clothes Overhaul
REMOD - Container Overhaul
REMOD - Feature Overhaul
...other mods...
or there is also some other remod overhauls, i am not sure if those ones are just copy paste or what not, but still you do not use them?
you can start game in debug mode (add -debug to launch options) there is some vids on youtube how to enable it if you don't know.
it will allow you to do many things in game, as well as to cheat. Then open item spawner, and try to spawn few items from mods you wish to check. If you will be able to do that, then the mods are working.
it all depends from rng
@MistaOne
can you elaborate?
With this mod there's no more "wig protection" alright! Therefore make wigs not to take place of a helmet. It's natural to have a wig and put a helmet over it, if organic is what you want that's fine to me.
Wear a wig doesn't allow to wear any helmet as well and that doesn't make any sense to me.
no problem, actually now i do remember that there is some items like tifa set, that are not used in zombie list so, yes, you are right, there is some small amount of items you can get only via "crafting". I did have plans on updating zed list and use all unused items, but sadly due to some "events" i don't have time for it, Maybe i will continue to work on that, but it is unlikely that it will be soon, if ever will be(sadly).
But, if you want those clothes badly, and you are keeping cheat mode/dev mode as your last resort, you can try using "REMOD - Light Feature Overhaul" instead of "REMOD - Feature Overhaul" that way there will be no cheating herbs (on my opinion they are way to op) in zed loot table, but there will be small chance to get jewels(it is much rarer then in original version), that way you can grind/farm them, and with time you will be able to "craft" items you want. So basically it will also be some sort of reward for your grinding or long term surviving.
Given my extensive modlist, I do have a cheat mod installed that lets me spawn items, etc to address unexpected situations / conflicts so ultimately I would probably just go that route for any specific items I really want as that's the path of least resistance. Thanks again!
Ty, glad that you liked it. I tested it, cant say that it was for each and every zombie, but there is some specific zeds for example like Hunk(with cool hunk set), and he can spawn only on military bases, some other zombies can spawn only in specific locations, and most of them have really small chance to spawn, i decrease it due to their sets was still very strong, to make it some sort of challenge to get those sets (just like with katana, it would be boring if you could find it in every house right?)
but of course, there can be some of the items that are not used on zombies. If you can give me a list of specific clothes(items) that is possible to craft and you did not found them on zeds, i can check it and tell you if there is zombies with it or if you are unlucky(or maybe some mod conflict).
i understand your point of view. But do note, when you wear helmet, you don't see a hair(most of the full helmets), and i was trying to do realistic overhaul(from my point of view), meaning - if you want to look cool, and show your cool haircut(wig), wear shorts or skirt with tiny top, then be ready to be unprotected from zeds.
Thanks in advance!
BTW I was looking at this mod to hopefully remove the full clothes selection on character creation, which it doesn't...
Please, that would make it so perfect!
they are part of the original mod, you can "buy/craft" items from the mod via building menu.
as far as i remember, trade tab for REMOD clothes was called "Businessman", try looking at that one in your craft menu.
Except if i missed something i only can exchange jewels (1 gren into 10 reds & vice versa ).
@Easyss
depends from what you want, if you activated my "REMOD - Feature Overhaul" module, then you can only loot it from zeds, if you did not, then the same as in original, zeds will drop gems and you can "buy" stuff with this gems from craft menu
@M2x91
ty for answering, but to clarify things, this mod has few modules, that change some different aspects of the original mod. I made modules, to allow you guys take only the features you want(there is detailed description for each module). So, for example if you only activate clothes overhaul, then the only difference will be with clothes, and thats it, all other stuff from original mod will be the same. Or if you want OP clothes but dont like idea of "buying" them, you can activate Feature Overhaul, and there will be no gems. Also, you can activate multiple modules at the same time.
If you want to craft them too you only need the original mod not this one.
