no matter what setting --even 0%-- Boreal forest will still be there
Mods to check would be biome and animal-adding mods.
Wherever Ice Sheet would touch on another biome (some seem fine, some are not), I get the equivalent of the ERROR texture glitch on the world map.
I do, however, think that there may be some deeper issues - I'm always missing a lot of the biomes that should be existing, and I think they're all being replaced with basic Core biomes to keep things from crashing. I do not know how much of that is the biome mods, and how much of that is this mod.

Wasn't seeing a button in the create world-window for biome commonality, so went to the mod settings for the mod instead, and it started throwing errors at me like crazy. Github didn't show anything, so copied straight from the log and posted it in this google-docs:
