That would be a great addition to this script. I tried to ask the creator but it seems he is no longer active on SE. I believe he has a discord though.

So the problem is that formation script is very greedy and takes all the gyroscopes on the grid for itself. That cause the missile to go stupid after detach because it is still controlled by formation script instead of WHAM.

The only way to avoid that is to place your missiles on the hinge/rotor/connector to make it a separate grid.

The issue is related to common exploit in SE and the fact that formation script grabs all the gyroscopes for itself.

aye ive been playing around with your loyal wingman, love it mate, so when i send a launch request, the missiles fire, with tracking, but the main thrusters will just flicker, sometimes the missiles just lock themselves into beam riding mode, it only happens when i launch from my wingman, but if i put my missiles on yours, it works no problem, i tried directly copying the LAMP script from your wingman into mine but it just didnt do the trick sadly

First of all make sure that your scripts are up to date. Outdated script may cause some problems.
If that won't help I coupd use some deacription of a problem, like what's going wrong. What stage of lunch doesn't work etc.
