could this be made to work with other throwable weapons? Like spears? Basicly, pickup and throw it

For some reason this mod conflicts with any mod that adds draftable animals with a ranged attack

Hard conflict/incompat with VEF-based mods such as Dragons Descent and Race to the Rim, interferes with the jobdriver allowing ability triggering.

Both me and the mod author of Dragons Descent spent 3 days figuring out this bug until we got to the part in the logs mentioning this mod.

This is great, I was just thinking to myself the other day that I was an idiot for never using the Simple Sidearms mod to make colonists hold grenades to switch to when it made sense, and then I see this mod which makes even more sense.

@Sinanju Yes, it starts throwing grenades the same way you throw grenades when they are equipped

the firefoam grenade works perfectly tho, it's just the dynamite I picked up off the floor. I'll repost to the bug report discussion when I can reproduce it reliably and grabbed a log

I picked up dynamites off a dead enemy but I can't throw using the button and the throw radius still centers on the previous owner

Seems there is a conflict with aggressive stances on colonists, not sure if it's a vanilla or modconflict. Run and gun, simple sidearms and Zombieland (plenty of targets) are used, haven't tested yet how the behaviour is with only "Throw them" active. The pawns will only enter a 'Standing' task if they encounter a target until they drop of exhaustion. Drafting pawns will put them into normal combat. None of the pawns carried grenades in their inventory.

@Arcanant you probably have some kind of mod that patches vanilla grenades.
I just tried both pocket sand and simple sidearms and they work just fine.

@Dez_The_Dapper_Skaven use Pocket Sand, it's basically Simple Sidearms without the stupid extra features that mess with CE

You can still use your sidearms mod. They work completely fine with this one.

I would move all grenades to not use Simple Sidearms with this, as that would still have the re-equip/drop & pick up times and all that.

Interesting concept. Have you tested it with Simple Sidearms as well perhaps?
