Like VZ I'd like to use these assets, and will be crediting you for the sprites obviously.
I'm partially done with my class mod so this is a key thing I'll wait to hear back on before I post it. (If I don't get permission I may have to get someone to make the sprites for me since I'm not much good for that kind of art.)

I see, the bugs I found are a common occurance. Until there is a patch for everything, this mod is unplayable. Which is a shame!

Is this mod abandoned? I'd like to give a go at creating something similar and would like to use your assets if you don't intend to update again. Thanks for your consideration.

Tents/barracks/field camps still cause a shallow sea upon being built causing units to drown.
Ice also still becomes tents.

I've had a lot of fun with the mod so far, but am a little confused on how to build buildings like the regimental tents. I had the iron, but seem to be missing the other resource shown (the one with the boot symbol.) What is this resource and how do I increase it?

Change Following Lines to as shown

line 127: selectterr 501

this will fix the rituals that change terrain from making shallow sea (and sea) killing the commander that uses them.

the tents and the field camps create lakes which drown units also any tile thats ice becomes a imperial tent

i think the damage from the chimeras needs a boost or a seperate chimera with a lascannon cause I just watched 10 chimeras sit there for 4 rounds unable to kill a High Lord human with 13 hp because his 4 armor was greater then my damage for almost every shot which is hilarious to picture

Now, this mod is fun. I would say the amount of ressources one can get from the Bastion would need a nerf and most of the units should have their costs increased a little.

Overall better balanced than I expected though. Looking forward to how it developes!

For the Chimera Transport I think a Multi-Laser is just a Big Lasgun, so yeah it'll be more Rapid Fire than the Standard Lasgun but I think also have a bit more punch to it. 12 Shots I think is a bit overkill and also doesn't leave space for the Cool Lasgun Array it has on it's back which could replace some of those shots.

And yeah looking forward to all of that! I've had my fill of CoE5 for now but I'll keep an Eye on this and your other mods to come back to the game with them!

@R4ampage Thank you for the suggestions, I will for sure make some changes to the guardsmen. Even while I was play testing I thought they were a bit much. I was worried about the kasakrin, however they do seem to able to hold their own against quite a few guardsmen, but I will make some changes. Ogryn will be tough to balance, as I want them to be tough but not TOO tough, especially since they will have to go up against *Lore Friendly* Space-marines (not actually sure who is stronger in that situation). With the Chimeras Multilaser I was going off the 40k Lexicanum which states "While losing some of the penetrative power of a lascannon, the resulting high rate of fire improves the weapon's ability to engage a series of targets in rapid succession. Multi-lasers are highly effective against hordes of infantry or lightly-armored vehicles." although I may reconsider this and change it to have a stronger "Punch" to it.

@Curious Currently going off of 40k lore, so its a bit hard to balance it out around the other COE factions. I am still taking the base games classes into consideration, although this will probably change with the release of the other factions, and the amount of absurd OP stuff that will *Probably* be added.

@canadiansrnotok As cool as it would be to get a special Psyker wizard I think the normal human wizards can be easily seen as Psykers (like A Pyromancer or the like) so if anything actual psykers should be the last thing on his list to add imo.

Ah! Also I think the Ogryn for it's cost is tiny bit to weak too, besides just having a bunch of HP they feel like a bit of a waste of space since they don't seem to do much neither with the Bayonet or Gun before they get lasered down by their Own ranks of Guardsmen mostly lol.
I think improving one of the weapons profiles should do the trick, imo making them hit a little bit harder in melee is probably the best choice given the role.

Also I only had a couple of Chimeras in this run but I think you should change their weapons around a bit. I think it would fit more if the Multilaser had a little less shots but a bit more Raw Power behind them and then add some extra Normal Lasgun shots from the Array on the Back of it. Also putting it in the Mid-Rank I think makes more sense for it as well and give it more opportunity to run over some people. (Unless it's the Command Chimera ofc)

Hey just played your Mod for a couple hours and honestly this has some nice potential! You already got some great Ideas in it and I'm looking forward to what else you're gonna add/improve! :D

One suggestion I have I think the normal Guardsmen is a tiny bit to powerfull for what they cost, I think reducing the number of shots from 4 to 3 (1 Standard +1 from "Rapid Fire" and +1 from Rank Fire basically) would make them much more balanced and also increase the worth of the Karskin since honestly atm the Guardsmen put out so much fire for half the cost I don't see why I should go for the Karskin over the Guardsmen.

I've been fooling around with a private quick and dirty port of Franknfurters excellent FNF W40K mod (but I've yet to get the events mod to work(iirc change snowstealthy to snowstealth in imperial guard and fix the siegable typo (or comment it out upto you) and you are all good)

But I'm so glad that someone has decided to make a new series of warhammer 40k mods for conquest of elysium 5!! Many Thank Yous!
