Hi was quite some time I was overlooking the campaign. Its about hazy memory.

It might be but, unsure about the triggers. Its one vs the other one. If one is taken out it might change there behaviour.

I plan to look into campaign once more to update stuff after main content is updated

Really hard except the last scenario (north, I get some bone dragon with Meandor, wich make the game easier).
By the way, when I killed one of the two frostling worshipper (the sorcerer one), it also killed the other leader. Was it intended ?
I think I'm going to try the south scenario

Some mods may not activate in the campaign. Since the campaign only depends on shadow realm content and Decodence it might restrict it to those. But you can certainly try.

I have not had the time yet to update the campaign with all new structures available since last content update.

Hey, absolutely love the look of the mod. Just wondering before I start, will there be problems if I have TDI Heros,abilities mod and Epic hero levels mod?

Well Paxanaria are separated from the rest of group. She has her own mission going north.

It's challenging to beat her mission. But she will rejoin with the rest of the group later in the scenario unless something is bugging out. Going closer to the fort will provide her with an decent army

In scenario 3B is one of my heroes, Pax, supposed to appear separate from the rest? I cannot get Pax across the void to my other starting units.

Currently the campaign is designed for 3 scenarios. By end of the second scenario its possible to alternate between two different ending scenarios 3a and 3b.

I suppose you mean that? One good ending and one bad ending. It was designed around a "mid" scenario aswell but it was scrapped.

I chose to go north, after the completion of the north, the campaign ended. Will the South be accessible?

That's nice to hear. :-) Next maps is also designed similar that turtling up can hurt you more than it does good for you. Maps are beatable, but is difficult since the "expert" tag is set.

However playing easy/normal should be doable while hard makes the a.i get op quite fast.

Thanks I solved the mission with this hint to rush. It was a lot easier with that. Some cities weren't heavily guarded, so I was able to take them over early and weaken the enemy

Yeah little earlier than turn 60. Turn 15-20 sounds more realistic. If you let Vervlukt grow he will be unstoppable unless you have 100 cannons

I started map one and cleared the west, thereafter I killed Mestar Qua Van (undead tigran) in turn 60.
I have lost in turn 84. In turn 84 I had 18k points, Vervluk had 70 k Points (goblin) (I checked the Points during the game, he had 20k points in round 25)
During Round 70-80 I destroyed more then 50 units of the goblin.
Is it normal that the goblin is so strong?
Maybe I have to rush and kill the undead tigran first... What do you think?

I love secrets and easter eggs, also I still don't get it what it is about with these columns.I found / stepped into 4 so far.
Turn 74 and I finished the first campaign on hard. The draconian was no match at all. With all those goblin cities now pupmping out t3 he was a push over and between first contact and defeat it only took me 3 turns.
No special eldritch horrors in this part? I was already looking forward meeting them.
Esnodil kept the pass to the north east occupied till the end.

I remember when I played the campaign a few months ago, enemies spawned in different locations on the surface. This time only once an enemy stack spawned in total which was in the north east / not reachable for me and got defeated by Esnodil.
I still feel that the shadow gate is rather hidden because one automatically wants to follow the road. Some torchers leading the way or some enemies lurking around the arrea to attract players attention.
After first victory I reloaded to try things. Killing Syndral doesn't make any difference

I will take that into account when I will update the campaign once more. We recently pushed a new update on the main content. So I will do an update to add those new stuff to the campaign when I got time.

The Collums of light is somewhat a bit of mystery in this campaign. As with all campaigns I make, it contains secrets and easter eggs.

As soon as the quest triggers, the ally should move from the north east path to open it. If she doesn't move it might be a bug..

I enjoyed the challenge, but would be great to have more variation in the enemy stacks and one or two shrine of smitting would be great.
The throne of the goblin was only defended by one evanglist in turn 64, while the three cities closest to the throne were all heavily defended by several stacks at that time. I rushed the throne and snipped the goblin leader.
I like that the focus is on battles. But a few special treasure sites with hard garrison would be fun like at the city Last Melen.
A short message explainig why our ally blocks the pass north east so that we can't enter that region of the map would be nice.
The saved Frostling talks about a canon, but we actually get a frost tank.

Really a great work.

Wow, the sheer size of the battles is amazing. Loving it that battles are really a total of 7 full stacks fighting. When I see the enemy coming. It's like the tide.
When I enter a location surrounded by columns that has a light spot. The light disappears but nothing else happens. Discovered 2 of these spots so far.
I'm playing with chivalrious intentions enabled and it works perfect.

@tm_lucid The quest had an alias needed to be different set. If you restart the mission from last campaign save, the quest will no longer fail on your meeting with the Archons.

I could try to debug it, but there is no guarantee with particular mods like "Archon/Tiefling".

Two possible reason:

1. is that a enemy ran into it. Which is possible, but unlikely since the a.i is blocked.

2. Archon/Tiefling has a unit id from its mod that overlaps with Shadow Realm mod esentially removing a quest unit. Despite unique id, a written unit set can overlap from the mod.

Since this is very rare, I could check it. But only with the Shadow Realm mods.

i run into a problem in the second mission of the campaign. After i meet the Archons they give me a mission to liberate there westward bases for them to offer me aid. immediately after i get the mission it says i failed the mission because someone else completed it. How is that possible? I also have the Archon/Tiefling racial heritage mod installed.

Update the content. I cleaned up the amount of scripts in scenario 3b and reduce some cluttering that could prevent scripts from firing. The scenario is quite long and Im unsure if it works. I dont have time to debug it at moment, but I will try my best when I have more time to play maps again.

The Excel should say now "Помогите! Спасите нас!". Thx Avenger711

Ru localization must be: "Помогите! Спасите нас!" or "На помощь! Спасите нас!"
Was: "ПомГогите! Спасите нас!" Just one wrong letter.

Scenario 3 fire / destruction. I destroyed all rivals, destroyed all volcanis spots. But the mission objective "Stop Werlac" is still not complete. Need to do something else?

I suppose, the economic should bear itself until Grevara can establish on the surface where her cities are located. But in general alot of triggers are needed

Well, here's some 3c feedback. Fighting the eldritch horror army is fun, but it should happen sooner. Because the gold runs out on the 3rd day and the troops begin to defect. I had to load the game several times and replay the end of the turn to prevent this.

@lisk it was meant to be a bonus opitional scenario to display how the world got destroyed after the Shadow Demons invaded the world.

However since Im flogged with work this map never got finished and we decided to scrap the map from the finished campaign due how little feedback were avaialble in comparsion to 3a and 3b. I could not spend so much more time on this campaign apart from bug fixes. The campaign should have been released separatly from the beginning in the Shadow Realm expansion since it would given much more updates instead of resting in a Dropbox on yearly updates.

But you never know. I might update the maps if I got time but not 3c at the time.

@lisk a few headsup regarding the campaign as not everything got finished. Alot of the planned content were included, but that particular scenario 3c never ended up as finished.

I might edit it out from the past scenario to make it unavailable as we have alot of unfinished story written for it

The introduction to the third mission says that we will play as Meandor, the necromancer, but the game is played as Grevara the dreadnought. Is that what you intended?

@avenger711 I see if I can ask around for the Russian localization guy.

Might be a marker hanging around blocking movement against teleporter.

Could see if I could locally change the reward abit. A Kraken is not so useful, on a landmap.

I been fixing the leaders for next update so they are no longer only in English. I will see if I can investigate some other issues hanging around still meanwhile.

So. Minor Russian localization typo when Ella ask for help.

It looks like units stick at one point on the road from player's capital to teleporter when automoving.

I don't think that Crystal tree on the island near the capital is good idea. The scanario is easy enough but such buildings distract some units. also I cleared the Sunk City and got adult cracken. Useless T4 cracken for everything spent for that operation.

@avenger711 I will improve the localization. Vervluct and Esnodil will be localized in the final version.

Regarding quest reward it is a bit different. Initially a Fire Dragon was the reward, but it were too strong. Since this is a "Expert" campaign it will be harder along with weaker rewards.

However despite that, we might have a reason to tone down the quest difficulty to better match the reward since this a painful quest even if you say no or fail it in time. The Giants can actually start roaming.

It was quite some time when I made this campaign to recall all the shenanigans and various things included. The campaign is really a good experience, but challenging.

So I started the 1st scenario killed necro tigran and found Vervluct (the name not localized just as Esnodil). What looks weird for me is the quest to kill giants. I lost 3 T1 units and a couple of drones and got only 1 wyvern as reward which makes the whole quest not worthing time and practically inevitable losses of some T1 units.

@avenger711 Hi again, it appears when moving content between folders it no longer acknowledge placement of localization files. The map needs to know where the file is again which was the issue here.

I did not try the content when I uploaded in the first place, I just overlooked linked content inside the editor, however since I relinked the document correctly. All maps are functional again.

Russian localization. Balance mod active but I don't think it can block modal windows.
