I love dwarves, so between this and another mod can play Kenshi like it's Dwarf Fortress.
Importing is going to keep your buildings, characters, research, the dead npc's and relation. The only drawback is that everything else will be as if you started a fresh world, unlooted camps, outposts etc (including the missing tower). If you stole anything for example that will have respawned as well. Animal and bandit camps will have spawned again at new random places.
Definitely make a backup if you're still going to do it!

Great mod btw, I love the little packets of dwarven civilization scattered along the world lol, I just beat that huge enemy crab.

Digging deeper, under your changes, I see in Admag you deleted the 'residents: Thieves Guild'. Was this intentional? Can you please see about restoring the Thieves Tower?

If you recruited the dwarven twins already and you're importing you should go back to their outpost and check the chests for a new item.
