I believe the cause of this is, the Aegis and Theseus addons require either the Sahara DLC or the compatibility patch found on the workshop. I have moved away from these mods in my new scenarios to avoid this issue.

uhhhh not far at all. Got a lot of IRL commitments atm and only time I have been on has been spent on other games. I will look into it but cannot guarantee anytime soon.

Because CSAT is not just the Chinese? CSAT is a coalition, they are a direct counterpart to NATO, they are made up of multiple Eastern countries and get their weapons, armour, supplies etc from said countries. Also I've looked and no-where in the lore does it mention who specifically manufacturers what, aside from saying that Russia and China were the main suppliers. And even then, it does not really matter, its a CSAT backpack, thats all I needed, I didn't care who made it.

I am using base assets, it is a CSAT backpack for a faction supplied by CSAT. It fits completely fine in the 2037 setting, it makes sense for the faction to use. I honestly do not understand the problem.

It's not the core mechanism, it's the style. You should get something in line with the times, just the appearance. The backpack is designed by the Japanese and looks very ugly

There is a reason behind all of it, there are not mercenaries. What do you mean the backpack is annoying? Also I am using assets from the base game and mods which also use the base game assets, meaning that it will always be nondescript. Lack of features? what do you mean by this, I cannot change core gameplay mechanics.

But the style is still lack of features. And the backpack of CSAT is very annoying. The most important thing is that those Asians speak Chinese rather than other languages. You can even set it as the background of military exercises

That's the thing, CTRG doesn't exist anymore, this is set in 2037. CSAT does exist but these guys aren't them. The TFS gear is appropriate as they have had major budget cuts, lack of supplies etc. They are supplied by NATO, the US, UK etc. Whereas Cobra, as of right now do not have an affiliation, they just use CSAT gear as it is presumed that they are supplied by CSAT. This scenario isn't about a main-line war. The main fighting is on the mainland but that is between the NAAF and terrorists. The TFS are relatively new and need to prove they are capable enough to warrant such supplies and big enough budgets. This timeline diverges from the Eastwind campaign, its not lore.

You need to find out the background of this war, don't be partial to one side, and the equipment of CTRG is too crude, while the equipment of CSAT is too chaotic, and why don't there be conventional troops?

Thank you!! I honestly enjoyed this one, would've liked to have made it differently but when it comes to these single area CQC scenarios, Arma is very limiting. But I'm glad you enjoyed it! :steamthumbsup:
