Description
Cobra : First Strike

You've played as a member of TFS and the NAAF's very own special forces, Archers, now step into the boots of the bad guys "Cobra" an elite but mysterious group, more secretive than Task Force Spartan. Only being discovered recently through the intervention of TFS in the Remnant terror attacks. Your mission? Assaulting an enemy carrier and destroyer.

This scenario includes:
  • Around 10 minutes of playtime,
  • Infantry focused CQC and mid range gameplay,
  • Mild performance,
  • A Cut-scene!
  • Hopefully what you will find an enjoyable experience.

This scenario is a bit different than others. For one it is a naval assault, you cannot really find many of these, I now know why, they are tough to pull off. This took about 20 hours of development time, most of it was working on the cut-scene, my god the camera system in the editor sucks. Performance can be choppy, this is mostly due to the amount of scripts, its really not that bad but will vary, they are currently 16 sqf files not including init.sqf and all that.

Due to the nature of the mission, it can be quite tricky sometimes, CQC is a hard thing to pull off, please bare that in mind.

Requirements:

You'll need the Arma 3 Aegis and Theseus mods, which you can find here and here (they are really cool, I highly recommend them anyways).

There is a lot of dialogue, none of it is voice acted yet, I honestly don't know if I will, if enough people want it, I will but I will leave it as is for now.

I believe the cause of this is, the Aegis and Theseus addons require either the Sahara DLC or the compatibility patch found on the workshop. I have moved away from these mods in my new scenarios to avoid this issue.

uhhhh not far at all. Got a lot of IRL commitments atm and only time I have been on has been spent on other games. I will look into it but cannot guarantee anytime soon.
